Մայիսի 20-ը վնասվածքաբան-օրթոպեդների համաշխարհային օրն է:

Վնասվածքաբանությունը բժշկական ամենահին մասնագիտություններից է: Այն հիմնարար նշանակություն ունի ամենատարբեր վիրաբուժական միջամտությունների դեպքում: Ոսկրամկանային համակարգի գրեթե բոլոր խնդիրներն այսօր վնասվածքաբան-օրթոպեդների ուսերին են:

«Արաբկիր» ԲՀ-ը Հայաստանում մանկական վնասվածքաբանության եւ օրթոպեդիայի առաջատարներից է: Տարիներ ի վեր մեզ մոտ բուժվում եւ ապաքինվում են հենաշարժողական համակարգի ամենատարաբեր խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաներ: Ծառայության վերջին ծրագիրը կոնքազդրային հոդի դիսպլազիայի` այս տարվանից իրականացվող նորածնային սկրինինգն է: Համաշխարհային վիճակագրության համաձայն 1000 երեխայից 2-ը ծնվում է հոդախախտով, 30-ը` դիսպլազիայով: Դիսպլազիայի դեպքերի 20 տոկոսը վեր է ածվում հոդախախտի: Հայաստանում այս տարի պլանավորվում է իրականացնել 18.000 երեխայի սկրինինգային հետազոտություն:

Կոնքազդրային հոդի դիսպլազիան հոդի բնածին անլիարժեքությունն է` պայմանավորված կոնքի ոչ ճիշտ զարգացումով: Այն կարող է բերել ազդրի գլխիկի հոդախախտի: Դիսպլազիաների մի մասի դեպքում բուժման կարիք չի լինում, սակայն որոշ դեպքերում էլ անպայման անհրաժեշտ է լինում մասնագիտական միջամտություն:

Խնդրի վաղ հայտնաբերումն ու անհրաժեշտության դեպքում վաղ միջամտությունը կազատեն փոքրիկին հետագա բարդություններից, ինչն էլ նորածնային սկրինինգի հիմնական նպատակն է: Կասկածի կամ երեխայի` ռիսկային խմբում լինելու դեպքում առավել արդյունավետ է վնասվածքաբան-օրթոպեդին դիմել մինչեւ փոքրիկի 3 ամսականը:
