Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմինը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Այսօր ՀՀ Ոստիկանության կողմից բերման ենթարկվեցին մի քանի տասնյակ երիտասարդներ, որոնց թվում՝ ՀՀԿ երիտասարդական կազմակերպության անդամներ, ներառյալ՝ ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը, ինչպես նաև «Ադեկվադ» միաբանության և այլ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

2020թ. մայիսի 14-ին Կառավարությունը որոշեց ևս 30 օրով երկարաձգել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում դեռևս 2020թ. մարտի 16-ին հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը:

Միաժամանակ գրեթե ամբողջովին վերացվեցին համավարակի տարածմամբ պայմանավորված գրեթե բոլոր սահմանափակումները` ողջ ծավալով գործարկվեց հանրային տրանսպորտը, բացվեցին բոլոր առևտրի իրականացման վայրերը, հանրային սննդի օբյեկտները, մարզասրահները, նախակրթարանները և այլն:

Նման պայմաններում ակնհայտ է, որ արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի երկրաձգումը հետապնդում է բացարձակապես ոչ իրավաչափ նպատակներ, որոնցից մեկը հավաքներ իրականացնելու արգելքն է:

Այս քայլով իշխանություններն ապացուցում են, որ աճող հանրային դժգոհությունը զսպելու միակ ձևը մարդկանց հիմնական իրավունքների սահմանափակումն է:

Այս իշխանությունները՝ օգտվելով արտակարգ դրության պատրվակից, իրականում պայքարում են ոչ թե՝ համավարակի, այլ՝ ընդդիմախոսների դեմ, փորձելով ճնշել օրեցօր խորացող հանրային դժգոհությունները և այլակարծությունը: Տապալելով կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը՝ Կառավարությունը միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում իրենից դժգոհ հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիների դեմ՝ անհիմն սահմանափակելով նրանց հիմնարար ազատությունները և իրավունքները:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը՝

• Խստորեն դատապարտում է Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարությանը հարվածող այս գործելաոճը:
• Պահանջում է կառավարությունից վերացնել մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների չհիմնավորված և անհամաչափ սահմանափակումները:
• Իշխանություններին հորդորում է հրատապ և գործուն միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիների սոցիալական վիճակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ իրական եւ արդյունավետ պայքար մղել մարդկանց առողջության համար։
• Միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրում է մեր երկրում ավտորիտար պոպուլիզմի խորացող դրսևորումների վրա:
