Երևան համայնքի սոցիալ-կենցաղային խնդիրների լուծմանն ակտիվ մասնակցության և բարձր սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն ցուցաբերելու համար պատվոգրերով պարգևատրվել են «Մաստեր Շին», «Կապիտալ Բիլդ», «Արկադա քոնսթրաքշն» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունները և ձեռնարկատեր Սամվել Մկրտչյանը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը։ 


«Կապիտալ Բիլդ» ՍՊԸ-ի միջև 01.04.2020թ-ին կնքված նվիրաբերության պայմանագրով՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ստացել էր երկու հատ 2020 թվականի արտադրության քաղաքային կոմունալ վակուումային մեքենա (փոշեկուլ): Նվիրաբերված մեքենաների ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 100 մլն դրամ: Ուշագրավ է, որ «Կապիտալ Բիլդ» ՍՊԸ-ն առաջին անգամ չէ, որ Երևանին նման թանկարժեք նվեր էր մատուցում: Դրանից մեկ ամիս առաջ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը տեղեկացրել էր, որ այս ընկերությունը քաղաքին երեք փոշեկուլ է նվիրել: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական կայքից պարզ է դառնում, որ 2019 թվականի փետրվարին քաղաքապետարանն այս ընկերությանը Կոմիտասի պողոտայում անշարժ գույքի հասցեներ է տրամադրել: Խոսքը, ըստ քաղաքապետարանի կայքի, Կոմիտասի պողոտա, հ. 19/1 հասցեում «Կապիտալ Բիլդ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից կառուցված բնակելի շենքի մասին է: 

«Արկադա քոնսթրաքշն»-ը նույնպես հենց այնպես չէ, որ բարեգործություն է արել: Բանն այն է, որ քաղաքապետարանը նույնանման հասցեներ էլ տրամադրել է հենց այս ընկերությանը: 


Հետևաբար հարց է առաջանում՝ ո՞րն է բարեգործությունը և ինչո՞ւմ է այն կայանում, եթե տվյալ ՍՊԸ-ները հետապնդել են հստակ բիզնես շահ և այդ շահը բավարարվել է քաղաքապետարանի կողմից, ինչից հետո էլ վերջիններս կատարել են իրենց բարեգործությունը: Մարությանը փաստացի միանգամից երկու լավություն է անում գործարարներին՝ և՛ հասցեներ տրամադրելով, և՛ պարգևատրելով…
