«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել «օրենքով գող» Արսեն Երեւանսկուն բերման ենթարկելու դեպքից: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը գաղտնալսել է Արսեն Երեւանսկուն եւ այդ եղանակով է պարզել, թե նա ինչ է արել այս ընթացքում, ում հետ ինչ հարցով է զրուցել, եւ դուրս է եկել հետքին: Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս տարվա մայիսի 21-ին քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձի կողմից, քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորում ստեղծելու եւ ղեկավարելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով, ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտ էր բերման ենթարկվել «օրենքով գող» Արսեն Երեւանսկի մականունով Արսեն Մկրտչյանը: ԱԱԾ-ն չէր մանրամասնել, թե ինչի համար է Արսեն Մկրտչյանը կոնկրետ քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման հավաքներ կազմակերպել, եւ այդ հավաքներով ինչի է փորձել հասնել: Սակայն «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, նա փորձել է խառնվել Սյունիքի մարզում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած դեպքերին, համայնքների ղեկավարների տների խուզարկություններին: Երեւանսկին փորձել է նաեւ նախկին ու ներկա ղեկավարների միջեւ առաջացած տարաձայնությունը հարթել, այսպես ասած, «բարիշեցնել» կողմերին, ինչն էլ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը համարել է քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման կողմից հավաքների կազմակերպում: Եվ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ նա նման հարցեր է կարգավորել ոչ միայն Սյունիքի, այլ նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, ընդ որում՝ բոլոր դեպքերում դա արել է ուղիղ հեռախոսակապի միջոցով զրուցելիս, եւ հենց այդ պատճառով էլ ԱԱԾ-ն կարողացել է գաղտնալսել նրան եւ բերման ենթարկել»:
