ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ՝ փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի տան եւ ընտանիքի անդամների վրա հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում: Կոմիտեից նաեւ հայտնել են, որ ձեռնարկվում են քննչական գործողություններ և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը և ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ: Թե ինչ գործողություններ կիրականացվեն, ընթացքը ցույց կտա, սակայն այս պահին մեկ փաստի վրա ենք ցանկանում շեշտադրում կատարել: Հայտնի է, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանի հանձնարարությամբ բազմաթիվ գործեր քննչական բաժիններից տեղափոխվում եւ քննվում են ՀՀ ՔԿ հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում կամ լավագույն դեպքում Երեւան քաղաքի ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում: Օրինակ, վերջերս Կապանում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի գործն էր ՀԿԳ-ում քննության առարկա դարձել, իսկ ավելի վաղ փոխգնդապետի ծեծի գործը, որը առնչություն ուներ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի հետ: Այս շարքից է նաեւ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանի հեռախոսի գողության դեպքը: Իհարկե, որեւէ իրավական խախտում չկա տարբեր մարզերում հարուցված քրեական գործերը կենտրոնական մարմնում քննության առարկա դարձնելու մեջ, սակայն ակնհայտ է մի բան, որ ՔԿ նախագահը հանձնարարում է իշխանության սիրելիների վերաբերյալ գործերը քննել ՀԿԳ-ում: Եվ այսօր, երբ մեր երկրում հետապնդման են ենթարկվում փաստաբանն ու նրա անչափահաս որդին, Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը նույնքան շահագրգիռ կլինի՞ քրեական գործը ՀԿԳ-ում եւ իր անմիջական վերահսկողությամբ քննելուն, թե՞ փաստաբան Աթանեսյանի կողմից քաղաքացիական ակտիվ դիրքորոշում ունենալը դեր կխաղա, եւ գործի քննությունը տեղից չի շարժվի կամ կկարճվի: Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց պատասխանները կլինեն առաջիկայում եւ ցույց կտան, թե Քննչական կոմիտեն եւ այս իշխանությունները պատրա՞ստ են ապահովել փաստաբանի նկատմամբ ճնշումների վերաբերյալ գործի պատշաճ ընթացքն ու քննությունը:
