Ավստրիայի խորհրդարանը վավերացրեց ՀՀ-ԵՄ համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 29-ին, Ավստրիայի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի Ազգային խորհուրդը 34-րդ լիագումար նիստի ընթացքում միաձայն վավերացրեց ՀՀ-ԵՄ համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:

Վավերացմանը նախորդած քննարկումների ընթացքում Ավստրիա-Հարավային Կովկաս խորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Գուդրուն Կուգլերն (ԱԺԿ/ÖVP) իր ելույթում բարձր գնահատեց վերջին ժամանակներս Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ժողովրդավարական փոփոխությունները՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը և Ավստրիան կիսում են քրիստոնեական նույն արժեհամակարգը, և Համաձայնագրի վավերացումը հնարավորություն կտա էլ ավելի զարգացնել երկկողմ բարեկամական հարաբերությունները: Ընդգծեց, որ Համաձայնագիրն ունի մեծ նշանակություն Եվրամիության և Հայաստանի միջև համագործակցության իրավական ամուր հիմք ստեղծելու գործում: Նշեց նաև, որ Համաձայնագիրը կարող է նպաստել ողջ տարածաշրջանի կայունությանը և բարգավաճմանը: Այն հնարավորություն կընձեռի բարելավել ներդրումային և գործարար միջավայրը, որից կօգտվեն հայկական և եվրոպական ձեռնարկությունները՝ այդ թվում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատերերը:

Գուդրուն Կուգլերն անդրադարձավ Վիեննայում Մխիթարյան միաբանությանը՝ նշելով, որ այն դարերի ընթացքում մեծ գործունեություն է ծավալել հայ մատենագրության պահպանման և արժեքավոր գիտական աշխատությունների հրատարակման գործում, ինչպես նաև հանդիսանում է հայկական խոշորագույն մշակութային կենտրոններից մեկն աշխարհում: Հիշատակեց նաև Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը՝ նշելով, որ ամեն տարի Վիեննայի կենտրոնում գտնվող Ֆրանց Վերֆելի հուշարձանի մոտ հարգանքի տուրք է մատուցվում Օսմանյան կայսրության կողմից իրագործած ցեղասպանության 1,5 միլիոն անմեղ նահատակների հիշատակին: Այս համատեքստում անդրադարձ կատարեց նաև Ավստրիացի գրող Ֆրանց Վերֆելի «Մուսա լեռան 40 օրը» վեպին:

Համաձայնագրի վավերացմանն աջակցության ելույթով հանդես եկան նաև Ավստրիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ալեքսանդր Շալլենբերգը, Ավստրիայի խորհրդարանի արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Պամելա Ռենդի-Վագները (Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցություն/SPÖ), ինչպես նաև Ավստրիայի ազատական կուսակցության/FPÖ, Կանաչներ/Grüne, Նոր Ավստրիա/NEOS խմբակցությունների անդամները:
