Օրերս ոստիկանության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի գծային բաժնում ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին  ստացվել։ Տեղեկությունների իրացմանը ներգրավվեցին ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի բաժանմունքի և Մալաթիայի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները։ Համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում կասկածվող անձինք նույն օրը օպերատիվ կերպով հայտնաբերվեցին ու բերման ենթարկվեցին ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին։ Նրանք խուզարկվեցին, իսկ մեքենաները զննվեցին։ Հայտնաբերվեցին սուբուտեքսի նմանվող հաբերի կտորներ։ Բերման ենթարկվածներից երկուսը ձերբակալվեցին։ Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ ոստիկանները փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերեցին, որ բերման ենթարկվածներից մեկը թմրամիջոցը 20 հազար դրամով գնել է Երևանի բնակիչ, 55-ամյա մի տղամարդուց։ Վերջինս ևս հայտնաբերվեց, բերման ենթարկվեց ու ձերբակալվեց։ Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում դատարանի որոշմամբ իրավապահները խուզարկեցին նրա բնակարանը՝ հայտնաբերելով մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգված, կանեփի սերմեր, տարբեր գույնի հեղուկներով ներարկիչներ, ինչպես և թմրամիջոցի նմանվող շագանակագույն և բյուրեղանման զանգվածներ։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ 55-ամյա տղամարդը կալանավորվել է։ Հանգամանքները պարզվում են։
