«Մեզանում կա պաշտոնյաների մի խավ, որ իրեն հռչակել է պրոֆեսիոնալ ու գլուխը կախ բոլոր իշխանությունների տակ մտնելով՝ աշխատում ա ու լավ էլ հարուստ ապրում…

Էս մարդիկ իրականում շուստրի «պրոֆեսիոնալներ» են, ովքեր կատարելով օրվա իշխանության բոլոր հրահանգները մտածում են , քանի որ իրենք իրենց հռչակել են ապաքաղաքական պրոֆեսիոնալներ իշխանության փոփոխությունից մեկ ա իրենք չեն փոխվելու և չեն ենթարկվելու պատասխանատվության՝ հանգիստ կատարում են օրվա իշխանությունների բոլոր կապրիզները՝ թքած ունենալով օրենքների և սահմանադրության վրա, իսկ երբ իշխանությունը փոխվում ա մտնում են նոր իշխանության հետևն ու շարունակում իրենց սև գործը:

Էս շուստրի պրոֆեսիոնալներից ա օրինակ ՊԵԿ նախկին պետ Անանյան Դավիթը, ով 2 տարի հլու հնազանդ ծառայեց սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելով իշխանությունը բռնազավթած Նիկոլի կամքին ու մի անգամ չասեց Նիկոլ մի խախտիր մեր պետության սահմանադրությունը ու օրենքները՝ դառնալով Նիկոլի ձեռքում սեփական քաղաքական հակառակորդներին պատժելու բութ գործիք և ահա երբ արդեն պետությունը հայտնվել ա ծանր վիճակում արագ լքեց սուզվող իշխանության նավը ու ոչ ոք չի ասում Դավիթ բա դու պատասխանատվություն չես կրո՞ւմ քո պաշտոնավարման 2 տարիների համար, ոչ ոք չի ասում Դավիթ լուրեր են պտտվում , որ քո ժամանակ ՊԵԿ-ում կոռուպցիայա եղել այն էլ լայնամաշտաբ, Դավիթ լուրեր են պտտվում , որ դու ՊԵԿ-ի նախագահ լինելուն զուգահեռ հաշվապահական ֆիրմա ես ունեցել ու շատ-շատ գործարարներ քո հետ լավ լինելու համար քո ֆիրմայից են օգտվել վճարելով շատ մեծ փողեր , Դավիթ էն մաքսանենգ սիգարետների , ադամանդի թեմաները վերջը ճիշտ են թե, ոչ , Դավիթ կբացատրես ոնց ա լինում , որ դու մի թիմի անդամ ես, որը ասում ա նախկինները թալանչի են բայց ախպերդ նախկին ամենահարուստ մարդկանցից մեկի բանկի կառավարիչ ա նշանակվում ու ստանում միլիոնավոր դրամների աշխատավարձ և վերջապես բացատրի ինչի ես դուրս գալիս գործից…

Նիկոլ բա ինչի՞ չես ստուգումներ անցկացնում, հասկանանք՝ Դավիթ Անանյանի ժամանակահատվածում ինչե՞ր է եղել ՊԵԿ-ում, թե՞ քեզ ձեռք չի տալիս....

Նույն Դավիթ Անանյանը և մնացածը իրենք են փախնում խորտակվող Նիկոլից, թե Նիկոլն ա սրանց օգտագործել ու հեռացրել, միևնույննա, ապագայում բոլորդ էլ Նիկոլի հետ պատասխան եք տալու, չմտացեք թե Նիկոլը մենակ պատասխան ա տալու, իսկ դուք էլ ասելու եք՝ դե մենք հրաման ենք կատարել ու մտնելու եք նոր իշխանությունների տակ՝ հիմա էլ նորերի հրամանները կատարելու ու էլի լավ ապրելու ակնկալիքով, չի լինելու....

Էս շուստրիներին պետք ա մի անգամ պատժել , որ բոլորը հասկանան, որ պետք ա ծառայեն մեր պետության սահմանադրությանը, այլ ոչ՝ քաղաքական իշխանությունների կապրիզին...»։
