SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով, այսօր՝ հունիսի 13-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Էդիկ Կոստանյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ, 28-ամյա Մովսես Նավասարդյանի, 27-ամյա Դավիթ Ասլանյանի, 29-ամյա Սիմոն Սիմոնյանի, 29-ամյա Էդգար Ավդալյանի և 30-ամյա Արթուր Օսեյանի նկատմամբ:

Ինչպես Տավուշի մարզից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատավոր Ռաֆայել Մելքոնյանը դռնփակ դատական նիստերն անցկացնելու և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով, որոշում կայացրել և Է. Ավդալյանը, Մ. Նավասարդյանը և Ա. Օսեյանը կալանավորվել են և վերցվել երկամսյա կալանքի, իսկ Ս. Սիմոնյանն ու Դ. Ասլանյանը ազատ են արձակվել:
