Չեմ զարմանա, եթե առաջիկայում արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցությունները տարվեն առանց հայկական կողմի մասնակցության։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Հասարակական- քաղաքական գործիչ Միհրան Հակոբյանը։

«Հայաստանի վարչապետի աթոռին հայտնված ապուշը նոր ռեկորդներ է սահմանում

«Երբեք չեմ բացառել, որ եթե Ադրբեջանի գործող վերնախավի հետ երկխոսությունը չստացվի, խոսել Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդի հետ՝ պարզ, անկեղծ. այս հնարավորությունը մեր օրակարգում միշտ կա»: Այս մտքի հեղինակը վարչապետի պաշտոնում հայտնված ապուշն է, ով Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահողների՝ Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի հետ այնպես է հարամել հարաբերություններն ու արցախյան բանակցությունները տանուլ տվել, որ մնացել է սոցցանցերով Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդի հետ «պարզ, անկեղծ» խոսելու հույսին: Պատկերացնու՞մ եք՝ ու՞ր ենք հասել։ Պարոն Փաշինյան, ո՞նց ես պատկերացնում Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդի հետ «պարզ, անկեղծ» խոսելը: Ադրբեջաներենով ֆեյսբուքում գրառու՞մ ես անելու, որ Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդը գա գրառմանդ տակ մեկնաբանություններ անի, «պարզ, անկեղծ» խոսե՞ք գրառման տակ: Երեւի այդ ընթացքում էլ Ադրբեջանի վերնախավը անկյունում կանգնած նյարդայնացած պետք է ծխի ու եղունգները կրծի՞: Խնդրելու՞ ես, որ 10 միլիոնով հավաքվեն մի տեղ, ասենք՝ Լենքորանի տափաստաններում ու գնաս հետները հանդիպե՞ս: Միտինգ ես անելու՞, թե՞ կլոր-սեղան քննարկում: Իսկ միգուցե «դուխով» կեպկան գլխիդ դրած՝ Ադրբեջանի բնակավայրերում քարոզարշավ անցկացնե՞ս, հանդիպես տեղի «պողոսների» հետ ու գլուխներն արդուկե՞ս

Ինչ խոսք, վարչապետ աշխատող այս մարդը օրեցօր վտանգավոր է դառնում: Նման ապուշ մտքերով Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակությունը իջացրել է շրիշակի մակարդակի: Սրա ձեռքը մենք արդեն անեկդոտի ենք վերածվել: Սա այն օրի է հասցրել, որ չեմ զարմանա, եթե առաջիկայում արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման միջազգային բանակցությունները տարվեն առանց հայկական կողմի մասնակցության: Ո՞վ կբանակցի խելագարի հետ, ու՞մ է պետք երկխոսել ապուշի հետ, որ խոսելուց առաջ մտածելու սովորություն չունի:

Ինչեւէ, օղորմի ԱԳ նախարարությանը, որ այս ապուշի ղեկավարման ներքո դիվանագետներն ամեն օր աշխատանքի են գնում եւ առավոտյան սուրճի հետ փորձում են վերծանել նման ապուշ մտքերը: Պատկերացրեք X երկրում մեր դեսպանին հրավիրում են ԱԳՆ եւ խնդրում պարզաբանել օրինակ՝ այսօրվա հայտարարությունը: Պատկերացնու՞մ եք դեսպանի վիճակը, պատկերացնու՞մ եք՝ քանի տակ պետք է ծալվի ու դեմքի գույնը փոխի, որ կարողանա ինչ-որ բացատրություններ տալ: Խեղճ դիվանագետներ...»։
