Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի մամուլի խոսնակ Հակոբ Կարապետյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացնում է․

«Նախադպրոցական տարիքի երեխաներ ունեցող մեր քաղաքացիներից շատերին հասկանալիորեն դուր չի եկել մանկապարտեզները ժամանակավորապես փակելու եւ յուրաքանչյուր վ/շ-ում երկուական հերթապահ մանկապարտեզ թողնելու որոշումը:

Լրացուցիչ անհարմարություններից հիմնականները.

Երեխաները սովոր են իրենց խմբերին, երեխաներին, դաստիարակներին, նոր միջավայրին հարմարվելը դժվար է լինելու, երեխաները սթրեսի են ենթարկվելու:

Իրենց «սովորական» մանկապարտեզները հիմնականում տանը մոտ են, տեղափոխվելու խնդիր չկա, մինչդեռ այս շրջանում ստիպված են լինելու երկար ճանապարհ անցնել, երբեմն՝ տրանսպորտի վրա լրացուցիչ գումար ու ավելի շատ ժամանակ ծախսել, հերթապահ մանկապարտեզներ հասնելու համար:

Բոլոր այս խնդիրները հասկանալի են, բոլորս էլ բախվում ենք բոլոր անհարմարությունների հետ, որ հետը բերել է չարաբաստիկ համավարակը՝ սկսած դիմակներ կրելուց, մինչեւ ճամփորդելու ու մեր ավագ հարազատներին տեսնելու արգելքը:

Ու թերեւս ավելորդ չի նշել, որ այս հարկադրված միջոցառումն անում ենք մեր մանկապարտեզների աշխատակիցների ու երեխաների անվտանգությունից դրդված. «սովորական» ժամանակներում մանկապարտեզներում աշխատում է շուրջ 4500 մարդ, այս միջոցառման շնորհիվ նրանց մեծ մասը տանը կմնա (իհարկե, շարունակելով վճարվել), հերթապահ մանկապարտեզներում կաշխատի մոտ 500 մարդ:
Իսկ երեխաները, որոնք արդեն ադապտացված են մանկապարտեզի միջավայրին, կկարողանան նաեւ ծնողների օգնությամբ ավելի հեշտ հարմարվել այս նոր իրավիճակին:

Սա իսկապես անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներից մեկն է, եթե ուզում ենք հնարավորինս շուտ ու քիչ խնդիրներով վեադառնալ բնականոն կյանքի հունին:

Ամեն դեպքում, քաղաքային իշխանությունը հայցում է երեւանցիների ներողամտությունը՝ ստեղծված անհարմարությունների համար եւ վստահություն հայտնում, որ միահամուռ ջանքերով կհաղթահարենք դժվար ժամանակները:
