ՏԿԵ նախարար  Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հունիսի 18-ին տեսակապի ձեւաչափով հանդիպում է ունեցել ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինի հետ:

Նախարար Պապիկյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Եվրամիության կողմից նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարում Հայաստանին տրամադրվող օժանդակության համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը բազմամյա գործընկերային հարաբերությունները էլ ավելի ամրապնդելու նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում:

Ի թիվս երկկողմ  եւ բազմակողմ համագործակցության մի շարք ուղղությունների՝ նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն ու Անդրեա Վիկտորինը անդրադարձել են քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ոլորտում բարեփոխումներին միտված հետագա փոխգործակցությանը եւ թռիչքային անվտանգության ոլորտի բացերի վերացման նպատակով ձեռնարկվելիք միջոցառումներին:

«Ներկայումս ՏԿԵ նախարարության եւ Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի կողմից ինտենսիվ աշխատանքներ են տարվում, որպեսզի վերացվեն թռիչքային անվտանգության հետ կապված բացերը: ՀՀ-ն Արեւելյան գործընկերության այն երկրներից է, որը մշտապես իր պատրաստակաամությունն է դրսեւորում ներպետական օրենսդրությունը կատարելագործելու, թե՛ տեսական, թե՛ գործնական դաշտում ներքին ստանդարտները  եվրոպական չափորոշիչներին մոտեցնելու հարցում:  Լիահույս եմ, որ ԵՄ գործուն աջակցության շնորհիվ մենք կբարձրացնենք նաեւ  մեր ավիացիոն անվտանգության մակարդակը՝ ներդնելով  թռիչքային անվտանգությանն առաջադրվող ԵՄ գործող ստանդարտներն ու պահանջները»,- ընդգծել է նախարար Պապիկյանը:

Կարեւորելով ավիացիոն խնդիրները բացառելու ուղղությամբ համակարգային եւ թիրախավորված աշխատանքը՝ դեսպան Վիկտորինը նշել է. «Այս հարցը միանշանակ վերջին մեկուկես տարվա խնդիր չէ, երկար ժամանակ դրանք բացառելու ուղղությամբ համապատասխան քայլեր չեն կատարվել: Բայց առկա իրավիճակը կարող ենք դիտարկել որպես հնարավորություն, որպեսզի Հայաստանն իր ավիացիոն անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնի եւ ավելի ուժեղ դուրս գա ստեղծվածիրավիճակից: Մենք պետք է միասին աշխատենք, որպեսզի լուծենք խնդիրը»: 

Զրույցի ընթացքում նախարարն ու դեսպանը անդրադարձել են նաեւ վարկային եւ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի ընթացիկ վիճակին, այդ թվում համայնքային ենթակառուցվածքների,  հատկապես ջրամատակարարման եւ ջրահեռացման համակարգերի ներդրման, էներգետիկ համագործակցության եւ «Կովկասյան էլեկտրահաղորդման ցանցի», տարածաշրջանային զարգացման ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացման ուղղությամբ հետագա համագործակցությանը:

Զրուցակիցները վերահաստատել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունները ընդլայնելու եւ ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու երկուստեք պատրաստակամությունը:
