Փաստաբան Նորայր Նորիկյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում «Ճշմարտությունն ավելի թանկ է...» վերնագրով գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով ԱԺ-ի կողմից ընդունած սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին օրենքին:

Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ
Այսօր ինձ են դիմել բազմաթիվ լրագրողներ՝ խնդրելով կարծիք հայտնել Սահմանադրական դատարանի վերաբերյալ Ազգային Ժողովում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացի վերաբերյալ:
Գիտակցաբար ձեռնպահ եմ մնացել որևէ ձևով արձագանքելուց՝ փորձելով հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում:

Այո՛, մշտապես կողմնակից եմ եղել, որ մեզ որակապես նոր սահմանադրական արդարադատություն իրականացնող մարմին է պետք, և մշտապես այն համոզմունքն եմ ունեցել, որ այս խնդիրը պետք է լուծել վերանձնային հարթության մակարդակում, հանրաքվեի միջոցով՝ բացառելու համար որևէ շահարկում:

Այո՛, խորապես համոզված եմ եղել, որ գործող Սահմանադրական դատարանը մեր հանրային կյանքում երբեք չի ունեցել այն անհրաժեշտ կշիռն ու դերակատարությունը, ինչպիսին պետք է ունենար, ավելին՝ տարիներ շարունակ մշտապես սպասարկել է նախորդ քաղաքական ռեժիմների շահերը:

Այո՛, առաջիններից մեկն եմ եղել, որ հայտարարել եմ, որ Հրայր Թովմասյանը պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի այսպիսի սահմանադրություն մեր պետության և հասարակության վզին փաթաթելու համար:

Բայց ես իրավաբան եմ և չեմ կարող դեմ գնալ իմ մասնագիտական խղճին և արձանագրեմ, որ ամեն ինչ հրաշալի է:

Եթե ամեն ինչ հրաշալի լիներ, վստահ եմ, որ գործող իշխանությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, վաղուց լուծած կլիներ Սահմանադրական դատարանի խնդիրը:

Իրականում խնդիր կա, և այդ խնդիրն իրավական է ու բավականին լուրջ է:

Իմ խորին համոզմամբ, այսօր Ազգային Ժողովում տեղի ունեցած գործընթացն ամբողջությամբ քաղաքական էր:
Որքան էլ բարդ է արձանագրել, բայց սահմանադրականության հետ կապված խնդիր ունենք:

Հույս ունեմ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին դատաիրավական համակարգի ներկայիս խնդիրների և լուծման հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ խորհուրդ տվողներն իսկապես ազնիվ են իրենց խղճի առաջ, իսկապես ունեն պատասխանատվության զգացում Հաայստանի Հանրապետության այսօրվա ու վաղվա օրվա նկատմամբ և իսկապես գիտակցում են իրենց գործողությունների իրավաքաղաքական հետևանքները:

Հ.Գ. Թեև այն հանգամանքին, որ բազմաթիվ անգամներ տարբեր հարթակներում արտահայտել եմ իմ մասնագիտական կարծիքը ՍԴ-ի վերաբերյալ, բայց առաջիկա օրերին մեկ անգամ ևս և առավել դետալային կներկայացնեմ իմ դիրքրոշումը»:
