Առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի (ԱԱՏՄ) անակնկալ ստուգայցերն այսօր ուժեղացված ռեժիմով Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում էին: Այստեղ հերթական մշտադիտարկումներն են անցկացվել` բացառելու նախկինում նկատված ու նոր հնարավոր խախտումները։ Կրկնակի դիտարկվել են նաև նախորդիվ կասեցված տնտեսվարողները։

Որոշների մոտ կրկին խախտումներ են նկատվել։ Երբեմն աշխատակիցներն ԱԱՏՄ մասնագետների մուտք գործելուն պես շտկում են դիմակները, սակայն տեսուչներն արձանագրում են դրանք և այլ խախտումներ։

Ստուգայցերն իրականացվում են ստուգաթերթերով, որոնց վրա առանձին կետերով հերթով լրացվում է՝ որ նորմն է պահպանված, որը՝ ոչ։ ԱԱՏՄ մշտադիտարկումները փաստում են՝ դեռևս տնտեսավարողների մոտ կան թերացումներ ու խախտումներ՝ կապված գծանշումների բացակայության, չափազանց մոտ տեղակայված աշխատասեղանների, սոցիալական հեռավորություն պահպանելու, ախտահանման, ջերմաչափման հետ։

Միաժամանակ, ԱԱՏՄ-ն ՀՀ պարետի սահմանած կանոնները շրջանցելու փաստեր արձանագրած ընկերություններում այսօր իրականացրել է կասեցման աշխատանքներ: Կասեցման այսօրվա ցանկում են, մասնավորապես, «Ալեքս ընդ Հոլդինգ» ՍՊԸ-ն, «Սիթի» ՍՊԸ-ն, «Նատալի Ֆարմ» ՍՊԸ-ն։ 24 ժամով արգելվել է նաև բժշկական լաբորատորիայի և մի շարք այլ գրասենյակների, սուպերմարկետների, խանութների գործունեությունը: Կասեցումներ իրականացվել են հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում:

Հիշեցնենք՝ Պարետի որոշումներն ուժի մեջ են մտնում հրապարակման պահից։ Տնտեսավարողի գործունեությունը, սակայն, կասեցված է այն պահից, երբ ԱԱՏՄ աշխատակիցները մոտենում, տեղեկացնում են որոշման մասին և փակցնում են կասեցման թերթիկը։

ԱԱՏՄ-ն շեշտում է՝ կրկնակի և համակցված խախտումների դեպքում 24-ժամյա կասեցումներից բացի՝ կայացվում են նաև 48 և 72 ժամով կասեցման որոշումներ: Պարետի որոշման չկատարումը ենթակա է վարչական պատասխանատվության։
