Մամուլում տարածված տեղեկությունների համաձայն ՍԴ անդամներ Վահե Գրիգորյանն ու Արման Դիլանյանը սպառնացել են դատավոր Ալվինա Գյուլումյանին։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում Վահե Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ տեղեկությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։

Դիտարկմանը, թե Ալվինա Գյուլումյանն ամեն դեպքում չի հերքել, որ խոսակցություն է եղել իրենց մեջ, Գրիգորյանն ասաց․ «Մեր մեջ շատ խոսակցություններ են լինում, բայց երբեք սպառնալիքի կամ անհարգանքի նշույլ չի լինում։ Թեկուզ, եթե Գյուլումյանի պաշտոնավարումը դադարեցվել է, նա ՍԴ անդամ է, և մի կողմ թողած բոլոր մնացած հանգամանքերը` իր նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը բացառվում է»,- նշեց նա։ 

Հարցին՝ արդյոք խոսակցություն եղե՞լ է վերջին շրջանում Գյուլումյանի ակտիվության վերաբերյալ, հորդորե՞լ են, որպեսզի չշարունակի ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել՝ ի պատասխան Գրիգորյանն ասաց․ «Դատավորների, ՍԴ անդամների միջև մասնավոր քննարկումները հրապարակման ենթակա չեն»,- ասաց Վահե Գրիգորյանը։

Նշենք, որ «Հրապարակ» թերթը գրել էր, թե երեկ, երբ ՍԴ դատավոր Ալվինա Գյուլումյանը մուտք է գործել դատարան, նրան են մոտեցել Վահե Գրիգորյանն ու Արման Դիլանյանը և զգուշացրել, որ եթե շարունակի իր ակտիվությունը, անհետևանք չի մնա։ Սպառնացել են, որ եթե շարունակի գնալ ՍԴ, իրենք կդիմեն ՀՔԾ՝ պահանջելով քրեական գործ հարուցել իշխանության զավթման հոդվածով:
