Իրավաբան, «Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում ««Քաղաքակրթությունների բախում» բնիկների և եկվորների` զավթիչների միջև» վերնագրով գրառում է կատարել:

«Երբ խոսվում է բնիկ Երևանցու մասին, անձամբ իմ օրինակը մատնանշելով՝ ի նկատի ունեմ դեռևս 1925 թվականին հիմնադրված Նոր Արաբկիր ավանի արդեն հինգերորդ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչներին: Նոր Արաբկիր ավանը ներկայումս Երևանի Արաբկիր համայնքն է: Իմ պապերը, ինչպես նաև արաբկիրցի այլ ընտանիքներ, հիմնադրել են Արաբկիր համայնքը: Ցեղասպանությունից հետո նրանք նախընտրել էին Հայկական Բարձրավանդակում՝ իրենց բնիկ հողում ապրելու երազանքը: Նրանք եկել էին Արևմտյան Հայաստանից, Փոքր Հայքից, Խարբերդ նահանգից, Եփրատի վտակի` Ոսկե գետակի վրա կառուցված հայոց հինավուրց քաղաքակրթության բնօրրանից:

Նրանք հիմնադրեցին Արաբկիր ավանը՝ ամեն ինչ սկսելով սկզբից: Խորհրդային կառավարությունը նրանց անհատույց տրամադրել էր միայն հողատարածք, իսկ Մեծն Թամանյանը՝ Ավանի կառուցման հատակագիծը:

Ցեղասպանությունից հետո աշխարհով մեկ տարագիր եղած մեր հազարավոր հայրենակիցների երազանքը՝ վերադարձը Դեպի Արարատ, տեղի է ունեցել նաև իմ պապերի շնորհիվ: Նրանք են հիմնադրել Արաբկիր Ավանի Րաֆֆու և Շիրվանզադեի դպրոցները, նրանք են ստեղծել կտորի ֆաբրիկան, նրանք են անցկացրել Գառնիից եկող ջրատարը, նրանք են հիմնադրել գործարաններ և մշակույթի տներ։ Նրա՜նք, նրա՜նք և կրկին նրա՜նք: Իմ պապենական տանը հավաքվել են պոլսահայ նշանավոր մշակույթի գործիչներ:

Հարգելիներս,

Զավթիչները նրանք են, ովքեր շարունակաբար մեզ՝ բնիկներիս, ստիպում են վճարել այնպիսի հարկեր և տուրքեր, որոնց արդյունքնում ստիպված կլինենք լքել մեր բնակավայրերը:

Բայց մի պահ կանգ առե՛ք, հաշիվ տվե՛ք ձեզ: Զգուշացե՛ք, քանզի 21-րդ դարի Հայկական Բարձրավանդակի բնիկները հին և նորելուկ զավթիչներին ոչ միայն կարող են չհանդուրժել, այլ նաև՝ ի զորու են վերացնել:

Ես, այո՛ բնիկ եմ, ես, այո՛ արաբկիրցի եմ, երևանցի եմ և չեմ պատրաստվում ենթարկվել նորելուկ զավթիչներին»:

Փոստանջյանը նաև լուսանկարներ է հրապարակել՝ կից հայտնելով, որ դրանցում պատկերված է իր պապենական, հայրական տունը, որը գտնվում է Երևան, Արաբկիր համայնք, Վրացական 2 հասցեում:
