Հունիսի 28-ին, ժամը 13:46-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արծվաբերդ գյուղի «Թագավորանց» կոչվող թաղամասում տրակտորը շրջվել է, կա տուժած:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Տավուշի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ։

Պարզվել է, որ «DT-75» մակնիշի թրթուրավոր տրակտորը շրջվել է:

Մինչ փրկարարների՝ կանչի վայր հասնելը ուղևորը (Կարեն Բ․, ծնված 1983 թ.) տրակտորից դուրս է բերվել տեղի ուժերով և տեղափոխվել Բերդի ԲԿ, որտեղ բժիկները նրա առողջական վիճակը գնահատել են բավարար։

Փրկարարները տրակտորից դուրս են բերել վարորդին (Հակոբ Բ․, ծնված 1990 թ.) և մոտեցրել շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային։ Տուժածը հոսպիտալացվել է Բերդի ԲԿ, որտեղ արձանագրվել է նրա մահը։
