Սահմանադրական դատարանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների թնջուկը բացահայտելու համար պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչից է սկսվել այս ամենը։ Այս  մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սայաթ Շիրինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ պետք է իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչել.

«Մենք ունենք Սահմանադրության բռնաբար, որը արդեն որերորդ անգամ է Սահմանադրությունը բռնաբարում։ Քանի որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի ցանկանում միայնակ դատվել, ինքը փորձում է մարդկանց դարձնել հանցակից»,- ասաց Շիրինյանը։

Սայաթ Շիրինյանի խոսքով՝ Փաշինյանն անցած տարիների ընթացքում քրեական օրենսգրքի մի շարք հոդվածներ է վաստակել։

«Փաշինյանի կրիտիկական օրերը սկսում են, երբ նախագահ Քոչարյանին որևէ դատավոր համարձակվում է կալանքից ազատել։ Նախորդ անգամ էլ նույն վիճակը ստեղծվեց, այս անգամ էլ կիրակի օրով խմբակցության նիստ հրավիրվեց ու մի քանի ժամում փորձեցին սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անել»,- ասաց ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակիցը՝ մատնանշելով հոդվածներ, որոնք տնահարվել են իշխանությունների կողմից։

Նրա որակմամբ, խորհրդարանը դարձել է «մանկուրդների ԱԺ»։

«Նրանք հոգով ստրուկներ են, որոնք պատրաստ են կատարել իրենց ղեկավարի հանձնարարականներն ու հիշողություն չունեն։ Եվ ահա 89 մանկուրդ, իմանալով հետևանքները, գնացին այդ քայլի, կատարեցին խախտումներով սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ»,- ասաց նա։

Շիրինյանը հիշեցրեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ի ՍԴ դիմելու նախաձեռնությանը չմիացավ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։ Վերջինի պատճառաբանությունները նա անընդունելի որակեց:

«Լուսավոր Հայաստանը փորեց իր գերեզմանը և կարող են այդ ստորագրություններն իր հետ այնտեղ տանել»,-ասաց Շիրինյանը։
