Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն այսօր հյուրընկալել է լիտվացի բուժաշխատողների խմբին, որը Հայաստանում է՝ օգնելու հայ գործընկերներին կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի դեմ պայքարում: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև Հայաստանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը, Հայաստանում Lիտվայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ինգա Ստանիտե-Տոլոչկիենեն, Հայաստանում Շվեդիայի գործերի հավատարմատար Բիրյեր Կարլսոնը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանը ողջունել և շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բժիշկներին՝ օգնության ձեռք մեկնելու համար: «Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների և ողջ աշխարհի հայության անունից ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել ձեզ այն ամենի համար, ինչ անում ենք. որ հանուն մեզ օգնելու վտանգում եք ձեր կյանքն ու առողջությունը,-դիմելով բժիշկներին՝ ասել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը: -Շնորհակալություն նաև Լիտվայի կառավարությանն ու իմ բարեկամ, նախագահ Գիտանաս Նաուսեդային, որի հետ վերջերս տեսակապով անկեղծ քննարկում ունեցանք: Բարձր եմ գնահատում այս աջակցությունը»:

Դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը նույնպես շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բժիշկներին Հայաստան այցելելու համար՝ կարևոր համարելով համավարակի ընթացքում Եվրամիության անդամ-երկրների աջակցությունը: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ առաջիկա օրերին Իտալիայից և Գերմանիայից նույնպես խմբեր կժամանեն: «Նման այցելությունները կարևոր են նրանով, որ մասնագետները կարող են իրենց փորձը փոխանակել, աշխատել միասին, ինչը շատ օգտակար է: Մենք պետք է ավելին անենք՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ գիտական հետազոտությունների իրականացման ասպարեզում համագործակցությունն ավելի խորացնելու համար: Հուսով եմ, որ բոլորս միասին կհաղթահարենք այս ճգնաժամը»,-ասել է դեսպանը:

 Հայաստանում Lիտվայի դեսպան Ինգա Ստանիտե-Տոլոչկիենեն նույնպես երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացման տեսանկյունից կարևոր է համարել լիտվացի բժիշկների այցելությունը: «Կարծում եմ, սա երկու երկրների միջև առողջապահության ոլորտում ավելի խորը համագործակցության ընդամենը սկիզբն է: Սա նաև լավ հնարավորություն է՝ կիսվելու մասնագիտական փորձով և առավել պատրաստ լինելու համավարակի հաջորդ հնարավոր ալիքներին: Հպարտ եմ, որ կարողանում ենք այս փուլում օգնել բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդին»,-նշել է դեսպանը:

Լիտվացի բժիշկները ներկայացրել են իրենց փորձն ու առաջարկությունները համավարակի դեմ առավել արդյունավետ պայքարելու եղանակների վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին նախագահ Սարգսյանը բոլորին հրավիրել է համավարակից հետո ընկերներով ու ընտանիքներով կրկին այցելել Հայաստան, պահպանել իրենց հայ գործընկերների հետ կապերն ու երկու երկրների միջև ավանդական բարեկամությունը:
