ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 

«Գիտեք ի՞նչումն է իրավիճակի ողջ պերճանքն ու թշվառությունը...

Իշխանական տղաներն ու աղջիկները 2 տարվա մեջ այդպես էլ չհասկացան....

Չհասկացան, որ իշխանության յուրացումն ու սահմանադրական կարգի տապալումը ֆեյսբուքյան ստատուսով կամ հարցազրույցով չի, որ անում կամ չեն անում,

Չհասկացան, որ իրավունքն ու իրավաբանությունը սուրճի բաժակ նայել չի, երկնքում աստղերը հաշվել չի, տգիտության սպարտակիադա չի՝ թե ով ավելի այլասերված միտք կասի,

Չհասկացան, որ երբ ասում ենք՝ կարգ եք խախտում, օրենք եք խախտում, քրեական օրենսգրքով արգելված արարք եք անում պարտադիր չի, որ էդտեղ միայն քաղաքականություն տեսնեք ու էնտուզիազմով շարունակեք հիմարությունը, գոնե երբեմն կարելի է ականջալուր լինել...

Երբ ասում էի, որ դատավորների լիազորությունները չեն դադարել, «ՍԴ մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն արեք, քմծիծաղ էիք տալիս ու նայում ձեր թույլ իրավաբանական թիմին ու տեսնելով նրանց ինքնագոհ ժպիտը՝ մտածում՝ սխալ ենք ասում։ Իսկ հիմա՝ սխալների ուղղում եք անում ու էլի ինքնագոհ դեմքով՝ կարծես չէիք կարող լսել ու օրինակ Նիկոլին հուշել, որ կեսգիշերնանց նույն սխալ միտքը իր էջին չգրի։ Մինչեւ վերջ խայտառակվելն այլեւս անհրաժեշտ է։

Հիմա էլ ՝ երբ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացվել, մեկը մյուսի հետեւից ստատուսներ եք գրում՝ թե բա 2008-ին, որ սահմանադրական կարգ էր տապալվում էդ ժամանակ ուր էիք։

Նախ՝ տղաներ եւ աղջիկներ, այդ մասով քրեական գործ կա ու դուք խնայեք ձեր եռանդը։ 2 տարի է՝ ձեր ու ձեր իրավապահ համակարգի ամբողջ էներգիան ծախսում եք ու չեք կարողանում, ապացուցել, որ սահմանադրական կարգի տապալում եղել է։

Երկրորդ՝ երբ ձեր դեմ այս դրվագով քրեական գործ կհարուցվի ու ձեզ որպես մեղադրյալ կհարցաքննեն՝ սահմանադրությամբ չնախատեսված եղանակով սահմանադրական դատարանի լիազորությունը յուրացնելու մասով, այդ ժամանակ խնդրեք ու ձեր ցուցմունքը տվեք.... ստատուս գրելով...
Հ.Գ. Այս անգամ քվեարկությունը ոչ միայն հակաիրավական է, այլեւ հակաբարոյական՝ կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդ պատգամավորներ կան ու մյուսները պիտի մեկուսացված լինեին։ Չշաղակրատեք ու անկապ բաներ ասեք։ Ու եթե քվորումի համար բերեք՝ նշանակում է՝ դուք ոչ միայն խախտում եք ձեր իսկ սահմանած կանոնները, այլեւ իրավական ու բարոյական հիմք եք ստեղծում, որ ՈՉ ՄԵԿ չենթարկվի ձեզ։ Եթե ձեզ համար սա է օրհասական պահ, ապա դուք անմարդկային էակներ եք, ում համար հակաիրավական կապրիզը ավելին արժե քան մարդկային կյանքը»։
