Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների համատեղ տեսակոնֆերանսից հետո, Միացյալ Նահանգները, Ռուսաստանը և Ֆրանսիան ներկայացնող համանախագահները հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, ուր, մասնավորապես, ընդգծել են, որ հակամարտությունը ռազմական լուծում չունի, գոհունակություն են հայտնել, որ կողմերը շարունակում են կիրառել ուղիղ հաղորդակցության ուղիները և մտահոգություն են հայտնել վերջին սադրիչ հայտարարությունների և բորբոքիչ հռետորաբանության վերաբերյալ։

Էնդրյու Շոֆերը, Իգոր Պոպովը և Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին հայտարարել են, որ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի ու Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ քննարկել են տարածաշրջանում հանրային առողջապահական վիճակը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության ներկայիս դինամիկան և խաղաղության գործընթացի հաջորդ քայլերը, շեշտել են բովանդակային բանակցություններին և խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտի խթանման և պահպանման կարևորությունը։ Միջնորդները դրական են գնահատել տեղում իրավիճակի համեմատական կայունությունը և գոհունակություն են հայտնել, որ կողմերը շարունակում են կիրառել ուղիղ հաղորդակցության ուղիները՝ լարումից խուսափելու համար։

Համանախագահները մտահոգություն են հայտնել, որ վերջին սադրիչ հայտարարությունները, բորբոքիչ հռետորաբանությունը և տեղում իրավիճակը շոշափելիորեն փոխելուն միտված հնարավոր քայլերը կարող են խարխլել կարգավորման գործընթացը։

«Համանախագահները ընդգծել են, որ հակամարտությունը ռազմական լուծում չունի: Նրանք կողմերին կոչ են արել լրացուցիչ քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ հրադադարը ամրապնդելու և բնակչությանը խաղաղությանը նախապատրաստելու համար։ Համանախագահները և արտաքին գործերի նախարարները համաձայնել են հուլիսին ևս մեկ տեսակոնֆերանս անցկացնել, ինչպես նաև հնարավորության դեպքում որքան հնարավոր է շուտ դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպել», – ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարության տարարծած հաղորդագրության համաձայն, երեկվա տեսակոնֆերանսի ժամանակ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը ընդգծել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից հնչեցվող ռազմատենչ և ապակառուցողական հայտարարությունների անթույլատրելիությունը՝ նշելով, որ դրանք վնաս են հասցնում խաղաղ գործընթացի միջավայրին: Միաժամանակ, Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը կարևորել է Արցախի ժողովրդի համապարփակ անվտանգության շարունակական ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունը, այդ թվում՝ ազատ և անվտանգ տեղաշարժի միջոցով:
