Բժիշկ, Մխիթար Հերացու անվան  բժշկական համալսարանի ՈՒՀ նախկին թիմի անդամ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Հայաստանի մասնավոր կլինիկաներին տնօրեններին ու բժիշկներին ուղղված կոչով է դիմել՝ գրելով․

«Հարգելի գործընկեր, բժիշկներ, բուժհիմնարկների տնօրեններ, Բժշկական համալսարանի շրջանավարտներ։ Երբ Հայաստանի առողջապահության նախարարն ու իր կիսագրագետ շրջապատը եկան Արմեն Մուրադյանի հետևից, դուք լռեցիք։ Երբ նրանք քարուքանդ էին անում տուրբերկոլյուզային դիսպանսերն ու ՁԻԱՀ կանխարգելման կենտրոնը, որպեսզի այստեղի ֆինանասական հոսքերն ուղղորդեն  իրենց  ենթակա ՀԿ-ների ու գլխավոր բժիշկների միջոցով, դուք լռեցիք։ Երբ Ձեր աչքերի առաջ համավարակի հենց սկզբից Առողջապահության նախարարությունը մատնված էր անգործության, իսկ հետո սկսեցին իրար հետևից անգրագետ ու սխալ որոշումներ ընդունել, ինչի հետևանքով համակարգի մահճակալային ֆոնդը կիսադատարկ լինելու պարագայում ստացիոնար և վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում հիվանդներին չեն հերիքում մահճակալները և ինչի հետևանքով սկսել են մահանալ նաև նրանք, որոնց հնարավոր էր փրկել, ձեզնից ոմանք հանդես եկան հարցազրույցներով։ Հիմա տեղական «նշանակության» բժիշկ Մահը եկել է  ձեր բոլորի հետևից։ Նա արտաքին ղեկավարում է իրականացնելու  բոլոր բուժական հաստատություններում և կարծում եմ՝ այնտեղ կնշանակի, ինչը նա սիրում է, անել, նախկին հարկային տեսուչների։ Քողարկվելով արտակարգ դրության և Պարետի որոշումներով՝  նրանք մեկ ամսից կկազմաքանդեն ձեր կլինիկաները, քթները կմտցնեն ձեր հաշվապահություններ, քրեական գործերի հարուցման սպառնալիքներով և շանտաժով իրենց կենթարկացնեն ձեր կիլինիկաները։ Դուք կարող եք շարունակել լռել, քանզի բժկությունն ամենաապաքաղաքական մասնագիտությունն է։ Սա ճշմարտություն է։ Որ Թորոսյանին դատելու են շատ ծանր հոդվածներով, չեմ կասկածում, իսկ այ ․դուք կմնաք ձեր ապաքաղաքական բուժհիմնարկների փլատակների վրա։ Այն հիմնարկների, որոնցից շատերը կառուցվել են տիտանական ջանքերով ու մեծ վարկերով։ Երբ պատերազմը մոտենում է դաշտային հոսպիտալին, բժիշկը ստիպված է լինում սկսել կռվել՝ պաշտպանելու համար հիվանդներին ու  բուժքույրերին։Սրանում նույնպես վստահ եմ։ Բժշկականի շրջանավարտը երբևէ վախկոտ չի եղել, առնվազն՝ իմ ուսումնառության տարիներին» ։
