Ես ինքս խիստ քննադատել եմ նախորդ իշխանություններին, սակայն այն, ինչ անում է կեղծիքի և ապատեղեկատվության միջոցով Նիկոլի այս սազանդարն անընդունելի է: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ, ՇՊՀ դասախոս Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

«Փաշինյանի PR-շչիկի էժանագին կեղծիքներն ու ստերը (լուսանկար)

Բազմիցս եմ անդրադարձել Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի PR-ով զբաղվողների պրիմիտիվությանը, անգրագիտությանը, տգիտությանը և գրագողությանը... Դրա վառ օրինակներից է նաև լուսանկարում պատկերված ռուսախոս անձը, ով, ըստ իր հրապարակած տեղեկությունների, բնակվում է Մոսկվայում, սակայն նրա facebook-յան էջը մի քանի րոպե ուսումնասիրելուց հետո պարզվեց, որ նա կցված է Տավուշի ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզերին և գովազդում է ոչ միայն Նիկոլին, այլ այդ երկու մարզերի մարզպետներին...

Ես ինքս խիստ քննադատել եմ նախորդ իշխանություններին, սակայն այն, ինչ անում է կեղծիքի և ապատեղեկատվության միջոցով Նիկոլի այս սազանդարն անընդունելի է...

Սույն անձը, բացահայտ կեղծիքի դիմելով, նախ ուրանում է մեծն բարերար Քըրք Քըրքորյանի կատարած աշխատանքները և այնպես է ներկայացնում, որ մինչև Նիկոլի իշխանության գալը Հայաստանում ոչինչ չի կառուցվել և ամեն ինչ քանդվել է... Բացի այդ, կեղծում է նաև փաստերը… Օրինակ՝ իր եթերներից մեկում այնպես է ներկայացնում, որ մինչև իր պաշտելի առաջնորդի իշխանության գալը Դիլիջանը և քաղաքի փողոցներն ավերակ են եղել, որը սուտ է... Կամ առանց ամոթի շրջելով Երևանի կենտրոնում և գովերգելով Փաշինյանի վարչակարգը "մոռանում" է նշել, որ իր նկարահանած փողոցները բարեկարգվել և կառուցապատվել են Քոչարյանի օրոք... Իսկ Հանրապետության հրապարակի գազոնների խղճուկ բուսածածկի ներկայացնելն ուղղակի զավեշտ է...

Սակայն ամենազավեշտալին և ծիծաղելին, սրա գրառումներն են, որը նա անում է իր տեսաուղերձներին կից ու որից պարզվում է, որ "Հայաստանում կառուցվել և կառուցվում են ՀԱԶԱՐԱՎՈՐ ջերմոցներ, դպրոցներ, մշակութային տներ, ֆաբրիկաներ, գործարաններ, ճանապարհներ, մանկապարտեզներ, շուկաներ, օբյեկտներ" (տե՛ս լուսանկարը)...

Այո՛, հենց այդպես... Ո՛չ ավել, ո՛չ պակաս... "Հազարաշին" վարչապետ ունենք, որը հազարավոր մանկապարտեզներ, դպրոցներ, գործարաններ և այլն է կառուցել ու կառուցում, որի մասին, որքան հասկանում եմ, տեղյակ են միայն այս նյութերի հեղինակը, ենթադրաբար նրա պատվիրատուները և դրսում ապրող հայերը, քանի որ որևէ բանիմաց հայաստանցի չի կարող այդ ապուշություններին հավատալ...

Տավուշի ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետներին և Մոսկվայում գործող ռեստորաններից մեկին մշտապես իր շնորհակալությունը և գոհունակությունը հայտնող անձին խորհուրդ կտամ զբաղվել իր նախկին գործով, քանի որ Նիկոլին գովազդելու փոխարեն նա նրան տարրականորեն խայտառակում է՝ կեղծ և սուտ տեղեկություններ հրապարակելով ...

Լավ կլինի` սույն նիկոլագովազդիչն ապացույցներ ներկայացնի, թե որտեղ են կառուցվել իր մատնանշած հազարավոր մանկապարտեզները, դպրոցները, ֆաբրիկաները, գործարանները, ջերմոցները և այլն... Ուղղակի ամո՛թ է այս տեսակ կեղծիքներով կերակրել ժողովրդին...»:
