Մշակույթի նախկին նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել՝ տեղեկացնելով, ոչ չնայած դատարանը Հովհաննես Գալստյանին արգելվել է իր վերաբերյալ անհիմն ու կեղծ տեղեկություններ տարածել, արդուամենայնիվ, ռեժիսորը շարունակաբար խախտում է դատարանի պահանջը, որի պատճառով էլ նախկին նախարարը դիմել է դատախազությանը՝ նրան օրենքով սահմանված կարգով քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու: 

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Թանկագի՛ն բարեկամներ,

Ընկերնե՛ր,

Նախ և առաջ առողջություն և շուտ ապաքինում եմ ցանկանում բոլոր հիվանդներին, իսկ մնացյալին՝ ամուր առողջություն։ Աստծո կամքով կհաղթահարենք այս համավարակը։

Անշուշտ նկատել եք, որ Հովիկ Գալստյանի հնչեցրած անհիմն մեղադրանքներին չեմ պատասխանում։

Դա անում եմ նրա համար, որ չեմ ուզում իջնել այդ ստորի մակարդակին և, ընդհանրապես, չեմ բանավիճում այն մարդկանց հետ, ում լեզվի մեջ չարը բույն է դրել։

Ըստ Հովիկի՝ բոլորը «մեղավոր» են, որ ինքը կինո չի նկարում։ «Մեղավոր» եմ ես, ինձ հաջորդող բոլոր նախարարներն ու փոխնախարարները, տնօրեններն ու վարչությունների պետերը...

 ԵՎ Հովիկը կինո նկարելու փոխարեն՝ «արդարության սուրը» ձեռքին, որոշել է «պատժել» բոլորին, քանի որ բոլորն իրեն հետապնդում են, խանգարում են... Նման ախտորոշումը բժշկության մեջ կարծես շատ կոնկրետ անվանում ունի։

Ինչպես գիտեք, դատարանի որոշմամբ Հովիկ Գալստյանին արգելվել է իմ վերաբերյալ անհիմն ու կեղծ տեղեկություններ տարածելը, սակայն նա շարունակաբար խախտում է դատարանի այս պահանջը, որի համար այսօր դիմում ենք դատախազությանը՝ Հովիկ Գալստյանին օրենքով սահմանված կարգով քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար։

Ներողություն եմ խնդրում ձեր ժամանակն այս չնչին հարցով ծանրաբեռնելու համար։

Միևնույն ժամանակ ուրախ լուր եմ ուզում հայտնել։ Համավարակի պատճառով  ժամանակավորապես չեղարկված, իմ գրած պիեսի բեմադրության փոխարեն, շուտով լույս կտեսնի գիրքը։ Այն յուրահատուկ է նրանով, որ գրքում տեղադրված նկարներն ունեն QR կոդ, որի օգնությամբ կարող եք նաև դիտել ներկայացման համար բեմադրված տեսարանները։ Անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը հեռախոսի տեսախցիկը պահել QR կոդի վրա և դիտել տվյալ տեսարանը։

Առաջնորդող լուսանկարը գրքի շապիկն է, իսկ երկրորդ նկարի QR կոդի վրա պահելով՝ ձեր հեռախոսի տեսախցիկը կարող եք դիտել գիրք-ներկայացման հոլովակը։
