Հրապարակախոս Վահան Իշխանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ անդրադարձել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի այն հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի՝ նախարարը ակտիվ բանակցում է կորոնավիրուսի պատվաստանյութ ձեռք բերելու ուղղությամբ։ Իշխանյանի՝ «Նախարար Թորոսյանը «գործ» է անում» վերտառությամբ գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը իր գոյությունը մի կերպ արդարացնելու համար հայտարարում է թե բանակցում է կորոնավիրուսի պատվաստանյութ ձեռք բերելու համար։ Բայց բանակցում է մի բանի շուրջ որը չկա, պատվաստանյութ չկա և հայտնի էլ չի թե երբ կլինի։ Լավատեսները ասում են թե պատվաստանյութը կլինի 2020-ի վերջում, զգույշ լավատեսները որ կարծես՝ իրատեսությանն են մոտենում ասում են 1 տարուց, հոռետեսները ասում են 23 տարուց։

Մենք՝ բոլորս ուզում ենք լավատես լինել, հավատում ենք, որ գիտությունն այնպես է զարգացել, որ կարող է արագ գտնել պատավաստանյութը, բայց այնքան լավատես չենք կարող լինել, որ հավատանք, թե պատվաստանյութը ձեռք բերելու համար բանակցությունն էր պակասում, իսկ նախարարը գլխի է ընկել, և արագ հերթ է կանգնել, որ առաջինը ստանա. ինչպես հացի խանութի մոտ, ուր հաց չկա, բայց մարդիկ հաստատ գիտեն որ մի ժամվա մեջ հացը կբերեն։

Թորոսյանը, որ հասրակության համակրանքն ավելի շահի, ասում է, որ բանակցում է մեր հայրենակից Նուբար Աֆեյանի Moderna Inc-ին կապված ընկերության հետ։ Այո, հայկական մամուլը ցնծում էր, որ մեր հայրենակիցը պատվաստանյութ է հայտնաբերել։ Նուբար Աֆեյանի ընկերությունը երևի առաջինն էր՝ մարտի կեսերին, որ հայտարարեց թե պատվաստանյութը գտել է, մնացել է փորձարկաման փուլերն անցնի ու պատրաստ կլինի։ Եվ ի՞նչ եղավ, պատվաստանյութը չկա, բայց Moderna Inc բաժնեթղթերի գինը կտրուկ աճեց 200 տոկոսով, մայիսին 1,3 միլիարդ դոլարի բաժնեթուղթ են վաճառել։ Պատվասանյութի փորձարկման հաջորդ փուլ էր հայտարարված հուլիսը, բայց մեկ էլ կամպանիան հայտարարեց թե հետաձգվում է փորձարկումը ինչ ինչ պատճառներով։

Լուրերում, որ գրվի Հայաստանն արդեն բանակցում է պատվասանյութի համար, բաժնետոմսերի գները ավելի կթռնեն»:
