«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Ասում են, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երբեք պաշտոնանկ չի անի առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին, անգամ եթե ողջ հայ ազգին վերջինս քշի կառափնարան: Բոլորը, որոնք իրենց ճամփին «կհանդիպեն» Թորոսյան Արսենին, որին սոցցանցերում պատկերավոր «դոկտոր-մահ» են անվանում` կաշառակերության մեջ մեղադրվող նրա տեղակալը, կարկառուն քաղակտիվիստ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը, հիվանդանոցի տնօրեն Արա Մինասյանը, Covig-19-ի ընթացքում մամուլում արծարծված ատկատները, առանց Ֆրանսիայի կառավարության տեղեկության ֆրանսիացի 7 բժիշկների (ընդ որում, 5-ը բացարձակ կապ չունեն կորոնավիրուսի հետ) անհարկի Հայաստան բերելը, դրա պատճառով 200 հազար եվրո մսխելը, արտաբերած մտքերի թանձր բացասականությունը ոչ մի նշանակություն չեն ունենա Թորոսյանի պաշտոնանկության համար։ Նա անձեռնմխելի է։ Նրան ամեն ինչ թույլատրելի է։ Ոչ այն պատճառով, որ նա եւս ԼՏՊ-ի հոգեզավակն է, այլ որ Հայաստանում նա իրականացնում է գլոբալիստների-սորոսականների առողջապահական հակածրագրերը, դրանց թվում են արդեն իսկ պայմանավորվածության ուժ ստացած Covig-19-ի դեռ «չստեղծված» վակցինային առնչվող ծրագրերը»:
