Հուլիսի 14-ին Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանն անցկացրեց խորհրդակցություն Փրկարար ծառայության ղեկավար կազմի, կառուցվածքային ու տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների հետ:

Առաջնահերթության կարգով նախարարը լսեց Տավուշի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության զեկույցը: Վարչության պետ փ/ծ գնդապետ Փիրումյանը ներկայացրեց սահմանում տիրող իրավիճակը և ձեռնարկվող առաջնահերթ միջոցառումները:

Նախարարը հանձնարարեց բոլոր գործողությունները համաձայնեցնել տեղի զինված ուժերի ղեկավար կազմի հետ, առավելագույն ինտենսիվությամբ նախապատրաստվել, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, բնակչության պատսպարման, տարհանման աշխատանքներին:

«Անհրաժեշտ է հասանելի լինել յուրաքանչյուր բնակչին, կապի և հեռահաղորդացության միջոցներով աշխատել մեր քաղաքացիների հետ, նույնիսկ, եթե պետք է՝ օգնել պարենի ձեռքբերման և այլ հարցերով՝ ելնելով բնակիչների անվտանգությունից»,- նշեց նախարարը:

Նախօրեին Շիրակի մարզում տեղացած աննախադեպ ծավալի անձրևները խաթարել էին բնականոն կյանքը: Ըստ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ փ/ծ գնդապետ Գյոզալյանի զեկույցի՝ փրկարարները հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով իրականացրել են ջրահեռացման աշխատանքներ, տարհանվել են հարյուրավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, բացվել են դիտահորեր, փրկվել տասնյակ տներ: Նա հավաստիացրեց, որ ներկայում վիճակը կառավարելի է:

Նախարար Ցոլակյանը նկատի ունենալով հանրապետությունում առկա հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակը խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին հանձնարարեց հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել հրդեհային կանոնների պահպանմանը, առավելագույնս իրազեկել քաղաքացիներին, սերտորեն աշխատել պատասխանատու մյուս կառույցների հետ և չթուլացնել զգոնությունը:

Նախարարի դիտարկմամբ անհրաժեշտ է վերահսկվող հրդեհների միջոցով կանխարգելել ռիսկերն ու ապագա խնդիրները: Նախարարը մտահոգիչ համարեց նաև 2020 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում գրանցված ջրահեղձումների թիվը և հանձնարարեց խստացնել հսկողությունը Սևանի ափամերձ և այլ ջրային տարածքներում. մարդկային կյանքի պահպանումը պետք է լինի գերակա արժեք և սա այն խնդիրն է, որը պահանջում է ուժերի գերլարում: Դա կատարելի խնդիր է՝ փրկարարի խնդիրը:
