Լոնդոնյան «Տոտենհեմի» գլխավոր մարզիչ Ժոզե Մոուրինյոն անարդար ու ամոթալի է անվանել «Սպորտի արբիտրաժային դատարանի»՝ CAS֊ի՝ «Մանչեսթեր Սիթիին» Չեմպիոնների լիգայից չհեռացնելու մասին որոշումը։
Փետրվարի 14-ին, Ակումբի Ֆինանսական հաստատությունների մարմնի՝ ՈւԵՖԱ-ի արբիտրաժային պալատը՝ CFCB֊ը, որոշում էր կայացրել զրկել «Մանչեսթեր Սիթիին» առաջիկա երկու սեզոններին եվրոպական մրցումներին մասնակցելու իրավունքից։ Ակումբը տուգանվել է նաև 30 միլիոն եվրոյով: «Մանչեսթեր Սիթին» հետագայում դիմեց CAS: Երկուշաբթի օրը CAS- ը չեղյալ հայտարարեց անգլիական ակումբի հեռացման մասին որոշումը և տուգանքի չափը հասցրեց 10 միլիոն եվրոյի: «Սա ամոթալի որոշում է։ Եթե «Սիթին» անմեղ է, ապա ակումբը 10 միլիոն եվրոյի տուգանելու իմաստ չկա: Եթե անմեղ է, ուրեմն չի կարող լինել տույժ: Իսկ եթե մեղավոր է, ապա այդ որոշումը պարզապես ամոթալի է, և ակումբը պետք է դադարեցնի մասնակցությունը մրցումներին: Ես չգիտեմ` «Մանչեսթեր Սիթին» մեղավոր է, թե ոչ, բայց սա ամոթալի որոշում է», - Մոուրինյոյի խոսքերը մեջբերում է Mirror-ը:
«Ես անչափ ուրախ եմ նման որոշումից», - ասել է «Սիթիի» գլխավոր մարզիչ Խոսեպ Գվարդիոլան: -«Դա ցույց է տալիս, որ այն ամենը, ինչ մարդիկ ասում էին ակումբի մասին, ճշմարտացի չէր: Մենք հաղթեցինք այնտեղ՝ դաշտում: Երեկ լավ օր էր ֆուտբոլի համար։ Մենք խաղում ենք նույն կանոններով, ինչ բոլոր եվրոպական ակումբները ...
