«Սահմանային լարվածությունը հնարավոր էր կանխել, եթե հրամանը չի լինում ներքևից։ Պարտադիր չէ, որ հրամանը հնչի Բաքվից կամ Երևանից, հրամանը կարող է հնչել Մոսկվայից կամ Անկարայից։ Բայց նաև հրամանը կարող է հնչել հասարակ գյուղացուց, դա շատ նման է փողոցային կռվի, երբ երկու թաղամաս լարվածություն է ունենում, փոքրիկ երեխաների բախումը մեծ վեճի է վերածվում։ Լարվածությունը հանդարտեցնելը Երևանի և Բաքվի ուժերի խնդիրն է, բայց սկսելը վերահսկողությունից դուրս է»,- այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Առաջին հետախուզադիվերսիոն ջոկատի հիմնադիր, հրամանատար Վովա Վարդանովը։ 

Ըստ նրա՝ սահմանային լարվածությունն այս անգամ երկար կտևի․ «Թուրքը շուտ կհանդարտվեր, եթե կորուստ չունենար, բայց քանի որ կորուստ է տվել, ինքն է որոշում՝ երբ հանդարտվի։ Թուրք գեներալի զոհվելն իրեն շուտ որոշելու իրավունք չի տալիս։ Եթե այս հանգամանքը չլիներ՝ ամենաշատը մեկ շաբաթ կրակոցներից հետո կհանդարտվեր»,- նշեց նա։
