Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը կիրառում են իրեն ձեռագրին բնորոշ գործողություններ, մասնավորապես սեփական գյուղերում թիրախավորում են սեփական բնակչությանը: Այս մասին Իջևանում՝ ճգնաժամային տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում բրիֆինգի ընթացքում ասաց Պաշտպանության նախարարության Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի հրամանատարաշտաբային ֆակուլտետի պետ, ՊՆ նախկին խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Հովհաննիսյանը նախ հիշեցրեց, որ հուլիսի 14-ի դրությամբ ադրբեջանական Զինված ուժերի կողմից թիրախավորվել են հայկական բնակավայրերը, մասնավորապես Տավուշի Չինարի, Այգեպար, Ներքին Կարմիրաղբյուր, Պառավաքար համայնքները: Մասնավորապես, այսօր հրետակոծության է ենթարկվել նաև Բերդ քաղաքը: Քաղաքում թիրախավորվել են երկու գործարաններ: Այս համայնքներում տարբեր տեսակի վնասներ են կրել տներ, գազատար՝ ընդ որում՝ մի քանի անգամ, գազատարն ընթացքում վերականգնվել է: «Փաստացի թիրախավորվում է խաղաղ բնակչությունը: Բարեբախտաբար, խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում զոհեր չունենք: Հրետակոծության ամբողջ ընթացքում հայկական Զինված ուժերը կատարել են իրենց առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրները, լռեցրել են հակառակորդին՝ հնարավոր բոլոր ձևերով: Եվ հակառակորդն այս ընթացքում կիրառել է հրետանային միջոցներ, ականանետեր, կիրառվել են նաև տանկեր»,-ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նրա ասաց, որ կփորձեն հուլիսի 15-ին կազմակերպել հատուկ ինֆոտուրեր՝ տեղում տեսնելու այդ ավերածությունները, նաև կիրառվող զենք-զինամթերքի մնացորդները և այլն:

«Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերն այս ընթացքում կիրառել է իրենց ձեռագրին բնորոշ գործողություններ, մասնավորապես սեփական գյուղերում թիրախավորում է սեփական բնակչությանը»,-ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա խոստացավ բրիֆինգից հետո իր ունեցած տեղեկությունները փոխանցել, թե ինչպես տների մերձակայքում տեղակայում են զրահատեխնիկա՝ դրանով թիրախավորելով խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Այս պահին կան համապատասխան ապացույցներ:
