ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տարոն Սիմոնյանը կոչ է անում ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը դիմել ՄԱԿ֊ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդ։

Սիմոնյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում, մասնավորապես, գրում է.

«Կոչ եմ անում ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը դիմել ՄԱԿ֊ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդ։

  • Միջազգային խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը վտանգող իրավիճակի , ինչպես նաև ագրեսիայի դեպքում պետությունները ՄԱԿ֊ի կանոնադրության 35(1) հոդվածի ուժով իրավունք ունեն դիմել ՄԱԿ֊ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդ։
  • Ադրբեջանը, փաստացի ՍԿՍԵԼՈՎ ԵՎ ԻՐԱԿԱՆԱՑՆԵԼՈՎ ՌԱԶՄԱԿԱՆ ԳՈՐԾՈՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ ՀՀ֊ի դեմ, ԹԻՐԱԽ ԴԱՐՁՆԵԼՈՎ ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻԱԿԱՆ ԲՆԱԿՉՈՒԹՅԱՆԸ ԵՎ ՕԲՅԵԿՏՆԵՐԻՆ, ինչպես նաև ՍՊԱՌՆԱԼՈՎ ՀԱՐՎԱԾԵԼ ՀՀ տարածքում գործող ՄԵԾԱՄՈՐԻ ԱՏՈՄԱԿԱՅԱՆԻՆ, ակնհայտորեն սպառնալիք է դարձել միջազգային խաղաղության համար, խախտել է ՄԱԿ֊ի Կանոնադրության 2(4) հոդված, համաձայն որի պետությունները պետք է ձեռնպահ մնան ցանկացած պետության տարածքային ամբողջականության կամ քաղաքական անկախության նկատմամբ և/կամ ՄԱԿ֊ի նպատակներին անհարիր որևէ այլ ձևով ուժի գործադրումից կամ դրա սպառնալիքից։
  •  ՄԱԿ֊ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը ՄԱԿ֊ի Կանոնադրության 7-րդ գլխի հիման վրա (ԳՈՐԾՈՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ ԽԱՂԱՂՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՎՏԱՆԳՄԱՆ, ԽԱՂԱՂՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԽԱԽՏՄԱՆ ԵՎ ԱԳՐԵՍԻԱՅԻ ԱՌՆՉՈՒԹՅԱՄԲ) խաղաղության նկատմամբ ցանկացած սպառնալիքի, խաղաղության խախտման կամ ագրեսիայի ակտի դեպքում որոշում և միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում միջազգային խաղաղության ու անվտանգության պահպանման կամ վերականգման համար (հոդված 39)։

Հ.Գ. Այս իրավիճակն առնչություն չունի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների մանդատի հետ, քանի որ վերջինս վերաբերում է բացառապես Արցախի խնդրին և չի վերաբերում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների անխախտելիությանը, դրանց նկատմամբ ուժի կիրառմանը և միջազգային խաղաղության ու անվտանգության վտանգին»։

Պատգամավորը նշում է, որ ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը պետք է օգտագործի միջազգային իրավունքի և միջազգային կառույցների բոլոր հնարավորությունները Ադրբեջանին պատասխանատվության առջև կանգնեցնելու համար։
