ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Գրիշա Թամրազյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել բուհերի ընդունելության քննություններին մասնակցած, դրական միավոր ստացած, սակայն բուհերի իրենց նախընտրած ֆակուլտետ չընդունված դիմորդների և նրանց ծնողների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։

Ներկայացնելով ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության մոտեցումը՝ Գ․ Թամրազյանը նշել է, որ դրական միավորներ ստացած դիմորդները կարող են մասնակցել բուհերի թափուր տեղերի մրցույթին, ինչպես նաև դիմել հեռակա համակարգով ընդունելության մրցույթին՝ պահպանելով դրական միավորը կամ այն բարձրացնելով։ Ընդ որում, դրական միավորներով նախընտրած ֆակուլտետ չընդունված շուրջ 739 դիմորդից շուրջ 550-ն արդեն դիմել է ընդունելության լրացուցիչ փուլին, որն անցկացվում է ըստ առկա թափուր տեղերի։ Գնահատման և թեստավորման կենտրոնը, նախարարության առաջարկով, այժմ քննարկում է լրացուցիչ փուլին դիմելու ժամկետը երկարաձգելու հարցը։ Լրացուցիչ փուլի արդյունքների ամփոփումից հետո դրական միավորներ ստացած, սակայն նախընտրած ֆակուլտետ չընդունված դիմորդները կարող են դիմել բուհերի հեռակա համակարգում սովորելու, որտեղ ևս, ինչպես նշել է նախարարի տեղակալը, ընդունելությունն այս տարի նախարարության միջնորդությամբ կատարվելու է մեկ քննությամբ։ Փաստացի դրական միավոր ստացած դիմորդները կարող են առանց քննության ընդունվել նաև հեռակա համակարգ՝ ներկայացնելով ԳԹԿ-ի տրամադրած դրական միավորի հավաստագիրը։

  Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս տարի բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ ընդունվելու հայտ է ներկայացրել ավելի քան 13 հազար դիմորդ, 2200-ը ստացել է անբավարար` դուրս մնալով մրցույթից։

Նախարարի տեղակալը դիմորդներին և նրանց ծնողներին պարզաբանել է, որ մասնագիտությունների մրցույթն անցկացվել է ընդունելության դիմում-հայտի առաջին տողով ընտրված մասնագիտության՝ անվճար և վճարովի ուսուցման հայտի գերակայությամբ։ Ընդունելության նոր կարգը հաստատվել է ընդունելության
քննությունների մեկնարկից մոտ մեկուկես ամիս առաջ։

Առաջին հայտագրված մասնագիտության մրցույթում չհաղթած դիմորդների համար մրցույթն անցկացվել է ընդունելության դիմում-հայտում հայտագրված մասնագիտությունների հերթականությանը համապատասխան, եթե նշված մասնագիտություններում առկա են եղել թափուր տեղեր։

Ընդունելության կարգը տեղադրված է եղել dimord.am էլեկտրոնային հարթակում, որի միջոցով կատարվել է ընդունելության դիմումների հայտագրումը։ Բոլոր դիմորդները ընդունելության հայտ ներկայացնելուց առաջ հավաստել են, որ ծանոթացել են ընդունելության կարգին և, ըստ այդմ համաձայնել են, որ տեղյակ են առաջին հայտի գերակայության իրավակարգավորմանը։ Բացի այդ՝ առաջին հայտի գերակայության մասին կատարվել է հանրային պատշաճ իրազեկում․ այդ մասին բազմիցս հրապարակավ խոսել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը, ԳԹԿ ներկայացուցիչները, նախարարության տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ, ԶԼՄ-ները նույնպես անդրադարձել են թեմային։

Անդրադառնալով դիմորդների ներկայացուցիչների առաջարկությանը, որ կառավարությունը դրական միավորներ ստացած դիմորդներին կարող է ավելացնել լրացուցիչ տեղեր՝ նախարարի տեղակալ Գրիշա Թամրազյանը նշել է, որ ի սկզբանե տրամադրվել են առավելագույն թվով տեղեր՝ հաշվի առնելով բուհերի լիցենզիաներով սահմանված տեղերի քանակը։

Դիմորդների ներկայացուցիչները խոստացել են իրենց առաջարկը գրավոր ներկայացնել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն։
