Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ անդրադարձել է գներալ –լեյտենանտ Նորատ Տեր-Գրիգորյանի հարցազրույցին, որտեղ վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ այն դիրքերը, որոնք վերջին օրերին վերցրել ենք, մերն են եղել, իսկ Սեյրան Օհանյանի նախարար եղած ժամանակ թուրքը վերցրեց:

Ստորեւ ներկայացնում ենք Սեյրան Օհանյանի հայտարարությունը.

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ

Այսօր hraparak.am կայքում հրապարակվել է

«ԱՅԴ ԴԻՐՔԵՐԸ, ՈՐ ՎԵՐՑՐԵԼ ԵՆՔ, ՄԵՐՆ ԷԻՆ» հոդվածը, որում վաստակաշատ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Նորատ Տեր-Գրիգորյանցի անունից ասվում է․ «․․․ էս դիրքերը, երբ ես կառուցում էի բանակ, էս դիրքերը մեր դիրքերն էին։ Երբ Սեյրան Օհանյանը պաշտպանության նախարար էր, նրա ժամանակ էդ դիրքերը թուրքը վերցրեց»։

Քիչ առաջ խոսեցի Նորատ Տեր-Գրիգորյանցի հետ։ Նա ասաց, որ այդպիսի հայտարարություն՝ «․․․Երբ Սեյրան Օհանյանը պաշտպանության նախարար էր, նրա ժամանակ էդ դիրքերը թուրքը վերցրեց», չի արել․ այն բացահայտ սուտ է եւ հերյուրանք։

Իմ ղեկավարության ժամանակ 3-րդ զորամիավորման հրամանատար են եղել գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լեւոն Երանոսյանը, այսօր ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը, գեներալ-մայոր Գրիգոր Խաչատուրովը, եւ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի հրամանատարության ընթացքում որեւէ դիրքային նահանջ չի եղել։

Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրից կարող եք ստանալ այդ հարցերի ստույգ պատասխանները։

Ինչպես նաեւ կարող եք հարցնել Տավուշի համայնքային ղեկավարներին, սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին, թե ինչ աշխատանքներ են կատարվել այնտեղ իմ պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ։

Իսկ ես եւս մեկ անգամ պնդում եմ, որ իմ ղեկավարության տարիներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանային դիրքերն անընդհատ բարելավվել են, միջդիրքային տարածություններում առաջ քաշվել, ինժեներական առումով՝ լայն թափով լրակահավորվել եւ բազմակի անգամ ամրապնդվել»:
