ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հրանտ Այվազյանն այցելել է Սեւան՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու առկա խնդիրներին, որի մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրառում է արել:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Հուլիսի 24-ին այցելել եմ Սեւան՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու լճի բնապահպանական իրավիճակին, եղել եմ Նորաշենից Ծովագյուղ հատվածում, հանդիպել եմ տնտեսվարողների, հանգստացողների, ափամերձ հատվածների վարձակալ-տնտեսվարողների հետ:

Տնտեսվարողների հիմնական մասն իրենց տարածքներում ունեին լոկալ մաքրման կայաններ եւ սեպտիկ հորեր։

Ինձ հետ զրույցում նրանք ներկայացրին ներկա իրավիճակը, խնդիրները, հայտնեցին, որ իրենց ուժերով պարբերաբար մաքրում են լիճը ջրիմուռներից:

Տնտեսվարողները նշում են, որ Սեւանի ոչ բոլոր հատվածներն են կանաչում ու դա տեւում է մի քանի շաբաթ։ Նրանց խոսքով՝ լճի կանաչման հետ կապված նախորդ տարվա անհարկի աղմուկի եւ իրավիճակի ոչ ճիշտ լուսաբանման պատճառով ողջ սեզոնի ընթացքում մարդկանց հոսքը պակասել էր, եւ իրենք կրել են ահռելի ֆինանսական վնասներ։

Որոշ տնտեսվարողներ այս ընթացքում ընդլայնել են իրենց գործունեությունը, սակայն ֆինանսական դժվարությունների պատճառով չեն կարողանում ձեռք բերել ժամանակակից մաքրման կայաններ:

Ըստ նրանց, եթե պետության կողմից որոշակի աջակցություն լինի իրենք կբարեկարգեն նաեւ տաղավարները, կացարանները, ինչը կնպաստի տուրիզմի զարգացմանը:

Նրանցից շատերը տեղյակ չէին, թե ի՞նչ պետական մոտեցում եւ աջակցություն կա։

Լճի մակարդակի բարձրացման հետեւանքով որոշ տարածքներ, որոնց վրա արդեն իսկ ներդրումներ էին արվել հայտնվել են ջրի տակ, եւ դրա արդյունքում տնտեսվարողները չգիտեն, թե քանի՞ տարի կարող են աշխատել, եւ նույն վայրում ներդրումներ անելը իմաստ ունի՞, թե՞ ոչ։ Հիմնականում լիճը ջրիմուռներից, ջրի տակ հայտնված ծառերից, արմատներից մաքրում են տնտեսվարողները եւ փորձում լիճն ազատել ճահճացման հիմք հանդիսացող տարրերից։

Այցի եւ շփումների արդյունքում առավել համոզվեցի, որ ճիշտ եւ արդյունավետ կլիներ հաշվարկել, թե առաջիկա տարում որքա՞ն է նախատեսվում ջրի մակարդակի բարձրացումը, եւ դրանից առաջ նախապես ազատել տվյալ հատվածը ծառերից, արմատներից, ինչպես նաեւ շինություններից ու կոնստրուկցիաներից։ Համոզված եմ, որ համակարգային մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու պարագայում, առաջիկայում կունենանք մաքուր եւ հյուրընկալ Սեւան։

Հ.Գ. հավելեմ, որ դեռեւս պարզ չէ, արդյո՞ք ջուրը վնասակար է մարդկանց համար, թե՞ ոչ, եւ թե ինչ ազդեցություն է ունենում այն Սեւանի ջրով ջրվող այգիների եւ բանջարանոցների տված արտադրանքի վրա»:
