Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի գործողությունների դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվեց: Լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնի դարձավ, որ քրեական գործը կարճվել է ապացույցների եւ հանցակազմի անբավարարության հիմքով:

Ինչևէ, սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ իշխանության մաս կազմող կամ վերջիններիս լոյալ անձանց քրեական գործերը կարճվում են: Ամուլսարի գործով քննիչ Յուրա Իվանյանի մասով սկսած ստուգումները ևս կարճվեցին, իսկ վերջինս նշանակվեց էլ ավելի բարձր պաշտոնի: Կարճվեց նաև 2018-ի ապրիլին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Ռադիոտունը գրավելու մասով քրեական գործը: Քրեական հեղինակություն Նորագյուղցի Բոգոյի (Ռուբեն Կոստանյան) վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը կարճվել է։ Բոգոն, հիշեցնենք, Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի մտերիմն է: ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հասցեին հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելու համար «Հեղափոխության պահապաններ» խմբի մասնակցի կողմից ներողություն պահանջելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվել է: «Հայելի» մամուլի ակումբի դեմ հարձակման դեպքով քրեական գործը կարճվել է: Առողջապահության նախկին փոխնախարար Արսեն Դավթյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխարինվել է գրավով: 


Ուշագրավն այն է, որ նման իրավիճակներին մենք ականատես էինք լինում նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք: Օրինակ՝ նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրան պատկանող ԶԼՄ-ի կողմից քննադատվել էր 2017 թվականին Հրազդանի քաղաքապետի՝ վրաերթի մեջ մեղադրվող որդու գործը կարճելը: Դա դիտարկվել էր իբրև հովանավորչություն: Իսկ այն, ինչ արվում է այսօր, երբ նույն կերպ, նույն ճանապարհով և ջանասիրությամբ ջրից չոր են հանում իրենց թիմակիցներին, յուրայիններին, տարատեսակ հիմնադրամներին մուծվողներին, համարվում է օրենքի տառին և ոգուն համապատասխան գործընթաց…
