Կոտայքի մարզում հուլիսի 22-ին վիճաբանություն եւ դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետեւանքով մի քաղաքացի «որովայնի աջ և ձախ հատվածների ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց:

Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արզական գյուղի բնակիչ 23-ամյա Խորեն Հովհաննիսյանն է։ Նա վնասվածքը ստացել է նույն օրը ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում, Արզական գյուղի Թեղենիքի խճուղում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ: Պարզվել է, որ Խ․ Հովհաննսիյանին մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառել է նրա համագյուղացի 28-ամյա Սանասար Մելքոնյանը։ Վերջինս գտնվում է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում ստացիոնար բուժման մեջ և ի վիճակի չէ ցուցմունք տալու։

Պարզվել է նաև, որ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ Արզական գյուղի բնակիչ 25-ամյա Արման Հովհաննիսյանը նույնպես ստացել է գլխուղեղի ցնցում և այդ պահով բուժօգնության է դիմել «Չարենցավան» բժշկական կենտրոն։ Իսկ Ս․ Մելքոնյանը «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ է տեղափոխվել «պոլիտրավմա, աջ սրունքի կոտրվածք, հոնքի շրջանի սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ։ Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արզական գյուղում, և գյուղի բնակիչներն, ի նշան բողոքի, հավաքվել են Ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնի դիմաց, մինչ այդ էլ՝ գյուղապետարանի մոտ և պահանջել են արդար նախաքննություն։ Գյուղացիները ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում մասնավորապես նշել են. «Ունենք կասկածներ, որ նախաքննությունը այլ ուղղությամբ կտանեն։ Էս դեպքի հիմնական մեղավորները Խորեն և Արման Հովհաննիսյաններն են, որոնց հայրն աշխատում է Ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնում, կոչումով մայոր է։ Գյուղացիների մեծ մասը ստորագրահավաք են անում, և պահանջում, որպեսզի իրավական գնահատական տրվի նրանց հոր՝ Գեղամ Հովհաննիսյանի կատարած ապօրինություններին։ Գյուղում բոլորը գիտեն, որ նա լավ համբավ չունի, ու հիմա իր տղեքը իրենց ընկերներով «մի կաթիլ մեղրի» պատմությունն են սարքել ու Սանասարին տանից հանել և հաշվեհարդար են տեսել։ Թող Ոստիկանության պետը ժամանակավորապես կասեցնի Գ․ Հովհաննիսյանի աշխատանքը, Ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում էլ թող ծառայողական քննություն անեն, ու կտեսնենք՝ ինչքան բաներ դուրս կգան ջրի երես»:
