Փնտրվում է նոր ոստիկանապետ, թե՞ եղածով «յոլլա կգնանք»

Համացանցում արդեն մի քանի ժամ է, ինչ տարածվում է  ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վահե Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ երեկ «Ծիրանի» ռեստորանային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած խնջույքի տեսանյութը։ Հավաքույթը, ըստ որոշ լրատվամիջոցների, չի համապատասխանել պարետի կողմից սահմանված կանոններին։

Տեղեկությունը պարզելու նպատակով ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը զրուցել է  ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվության վարչության պետի տեղակալ Էդգար Ջանոյանի հետ, ով պնդեց, որ խնջույք չի եղել․ «Խնջույք չի եղել, այլ պաշտոնական ընթրիք՝ Արցախի պատվիրակության համար, որում խստորեն պահպանվել են անվտանգության նորմերը»։

Համացանցում նաև տարածվել էր տեղեկատվություն այն մասին, թե ոստիկաններն ու անվտանգության աշխատակիցները խոչընդոտել են լրագրողի աշխատանքը՝ ստիպելով ջնջել տեսանյութը, որում ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը մոտենում է իր ծառայողական մեքենային։ Տեքստին կից կար նաև տեսանյութ, որում երևում էին որոշ ծառայողական մեքենաներ, իսկ արդեն տեսանյութի վերջում լսելի էր ինչ-որ մեկի ձայնը, որն արգելում էր տեսանկարահանումը։

Էդգար Ջանոյանը տեղի ունեցածը մեկնաբանեց հետևյալ կերպ․ «Խոսքը նշված հաստատության անվտանգության աշխատակիցների մասին է, նրանք ոստիկանապետի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները չեն եղել»,- պարզաբանեց նա։

 Հիշեցնենք, որ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ նախկին պետը՝ Արտակ Դավթյանը, երկրում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում Բագրևանդի իրենց առանձնատանը անցկացրել էր որդու հարսանիքը, ինչի պատճառով էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրամանով հեռացվել էր պաշտոնից։

 Հետաքրքրական է, արդյոք այս ամենից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նորից նույն կերպ կվարվի, արդյոք կփնտրի նոր ոստիկանապետի, թե, այնուամենայնիվ, կան որոշները, որոնք իրավունք ունեն շրջանցելու պարետի կողմից սահմանված կանոնները։ Գուցե և կան, քանի որ հայտնի փաստ է, որ ոստիկանապետը և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մանկության ընկերն են։                                                                                                                             

Նշենք նաև, որ նոր ոստիկանապետ Վահե Ղազարյանը, մինչև Թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, մարզային նշանակության պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել Տավուշում՝ Իջևանում և Դիլիջանում: Հեղափոխությունից անմիջապես հետո նա նշանակվել է ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության պետ, մեկ տարի անց՝ Հայաստանի ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատար և ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ:

Գուցե Փաշինյանի ձեռքը չգնա պատժելու մանկության ընկերոջը՝ պարետատան կանոնները խախտելու և իր ասածները արհամարելու համար։ Գուցե և պատժի, սա թողնենք արդեն ժամանկի վրա։
