Իտալիայի ֆուտբոլի առաջնության 36-րդ տուրի շրջանակներում «Ռոմա»-ն սեփական հարկի տակ հյուրընկալեց «Ֆիորենտինա»-ին:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`  Ռոմա»-ի ֆուտբոլիստներն առաջինը բացեցին խաղի հաշիվը: Առաջին կեսի ավարտին` նշանակված 11 մետրանող հարվածն անվրեպ իրացրեց Վերետուն: Երկրորդ կեսի մեկնարկին, «Ֆիորենտինա»-ն վերականգնեց հաշվի հավասարությունը: «Գայլերը» կարողացան հաղթանակ կորզել հանդիպման վերջնամասում: Այս անգամ էլ 11 մետրանոց հարվածն անվրեպ իրացրեց Վերետուն: «Ռոմա»-«Ֆիորենտինա»` 2:1:

Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ազգային թիմի ավագ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը «Ռոմա»-ի մեկնարկային կազմում էր, սակայն փոխարինվեց 82-րդ րոպեին:

Այս հաղթանակից հետո «Ռոմա»-ն մրցաշարային աղյուսակում 5-րդն է:
