«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է. «Օրերս Արցախի հերոս, Արցախի ԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանն արձագանքել էր ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության նոր ռազմավարությանը, նշել, որ այնտեղ տեղ են գտել «վտանգավոր ու անընդունելի ձեւակերպումներ»: Բալասանյանը նաեւ շեշտել է, թե «հաստատվում են իմ այն բոլոր մտահոգությունները, որոնք ես հնչեցրել եմ Արցախի հարցում պաշտոնական Երեւանի վարած քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ»։

Նշենք, որ առհասարակ Բալասանյանի կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները բավականին ակտիվորեն իրենց դիտարկումներն են ներկայացրել ազգային անվտանգության նոր հայեցակարգում տեղ գտած խնդիրների եւ մնացած մտահոգիչ թեմաների շուրջ։ Չնայած այն փաստին, որ այդ քննադատություններն ու դիտողություններն ուղղված էին հայաստանյան իշխանություններին եւ առաջին հերթին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եւ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանին, զարմանալիորեն այդ դիտարկումներին շատ արագ արձագանքել են Արցախից. նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի մամուլի խոսնակը եւ իշխանություններին սպասարկող սատելիտները լծվել են հակադարձել Բալասանյանին՝ նրան դարձնելով քննադատության թիրախ։ 

Այդ տոտալ քննադատության ընթացքում անձնական, որոշ դեպքերում նաեւ վիրավորական բնույթի արտահայտություններ են հնչել Վիտալի Բալասանյանի եւ նրա գլխավորած կուսակցության անդամների հասցեին։

Հավելենք, որ ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակում արձագանքել են ոչ միայն Հարությունյանի մամուլի խոսնակը եւ իշխող ուժի տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ, այլեւ աշխատել է լուրջ ֆեյքային «բանակ», որոնց հիմնական հանձնարարականը եղել է ինտենսիվ գրոհի ենթարկել մասնավորաբար Բալասանյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջը»:
