Ամուլսարի հարակից համայնքների մի խումբ բնակիչներ բողոքի ակցիա են արել կառավարության դիմաց, որի ընթացքում ներկայացրել են վարչապետին և կառավարության անդամներին ուղղված ուղերձ-պահանջ։

«Մեծարգո՛ վարչապետ, կառավարության հարգելի՛ անդամներ, մենք ներկայացնում ենք Ամուլսարի շրջակա համայնքների բնակիչների մեծամասնությանը:

Դեռևս երկու ամիս առաջ մենք 1200 բնակչի ստորագրությունով նամակ ենք հանձնել Կառավարությանը, սակայն որևէ պատասխան չստանալուց հետո հուլիսի 22-ին բաց նամակ հղեցինք, որը տարածվեց բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներով: Դատելով Ձեր լռությունից՝ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Դուք մոռացել եք, որ Ամուլսարը և շրջակա բնակավայրերը գտնվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում և Դուք բարձրացված խնդիրները համարում եք օտար պետության և օտար ժողովրդի ներքին հարց:

Մենք հիշեցնում ենք, որ մենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության լիիրավ քաղաքացիներ ենք, մեզ վրա նույնպես տարածվում են Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքներով նախատեսված բոլոր իրավունքներն ու պարտականությունները, իսկ Դուք ստանձնել եք պարտավորություն, որ կլուծեք մեր խնդիրները և կապահովեք, իրավական և սոցիալական պաշտպանվածությունը: Մենք չենք զգում, որ պետությունը ցանկանում է արդարացի և օրինական ճանապարհով լուծել մեր խնդիրները: Ավելին՝ մենք կասկածներ ունենք, որ Կառավարությունը մեզ զոհաբերում է ոմանց տնտեսական և քաղաքական շահերի համար:

Մեր պահանջները չեն փոխվել,

● Պահանջում ենք Ամուլսարի շուրջն ապրող մարդկանց ապահովել արժանապատիվ աշխատանքով:

● Պահանջում ենք Ամուլսարի խնդիրը զերծ պահել քաղաքական շահարկումներից և հարցը լուծել բացառապես իրավական դաշտում:

● Պահանջում ենք, որ Կառավարությունը միջոցներ ձեռնարկի և անհապաղ բացի, մի քանի տասնյակ մարդկանց կողմից արդեն երկու տարի շրջափակված, հանքի ճանապարհները և թույլ տալ շահագործել այն:

● Պահանջում ենք հանքի ճանապարհներն անօրինական փակած մարդկանց կարծիքը չընդունել, որպես համայնքի տեսակետ՝ նրանք չեն ներկայացնում ազնիվ, աշխատասեր և համայնքի ճակատագրով մտահոգ բնակիչներին, ավելին՝ այս երկու խմբերի միջև կան խորը անհամաձայնություններ ու լարվածություն, որը կարող է վերածվել արյունալի բախումների:

● Պահանջում ենք լինել անկեղծ և ընդունել՝ բնապահպանական առումով Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման նախագիծը Հայաստանում լավագույնն է և իր չափորոշիչներով գերազանցում է բոլոր հանքերին:

● Պահանջում ենք հավատարիմ մնալ Ձեր նախկինում արված հայտարարություններին, որոնցով Դուք պնդել եք, որ հանքը չշահագործելու իրավական պատճառներ չկան:

● Պահանջում ենք հրաժարվել կրավորական կեցվածքից և զբաղվել մեր խնդիրներով: Մենք կանք, մենք գոյություն ունենք:
