Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պահպանության ապահովման վիճակի արմատական բարելավմանը, այդ թվում` արգելված իրերի և առարկաների ներթափանցումը կանխելու նպատակով հետևողական միջոցառումների  իրականացմանը զուգահեռ քրեածին որոշ տարրեր փորձում են նոր ուղիներ և եղանակներ փնտրել՝ թմրամիջոցներն ու արգելված այլ իրերը և առարկաները քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ տեղափոխելու համար։

Ներթափանցման հիշյալ ուղիների և եղանակների բացահայտման և կանխման ուղղությամբ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության կողմից պարբերաբար իրականացվում են համալիր միջոցառումներ, ինչի արդյունքում սույն թվականի օգոստոսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 13:50-ի սահմաններում, «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողները բացահայտել են հեռակառավարվող անօդաչու թռչող սարքով (դրոն) թմրամիջոցի ներնետման դեպք։

Մասնավորապես վերջին օրերի ընթացքում քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում նկատվել են հեռակառավարվող անօդաչու սարքի հետախուզական թռիչքներ, ինչը հիմնարկի պահպանությունը խստացնելու և համապատասխան ստուգողական գործողություններ իրականացնելու լրացուցիչ ազդակ է հանդիսացել։

Օգոստոսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 13:50-ի սահմաններում, «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողներն արտաքին պահակետերի 4-րդ դիտաշտարակի տարածքում արձանագրել են հեռակառավարվող անօդաչու սարքի հերթական թռիչքը, որը մոտենալով թիվ 5 մասնաշենքի և կաթսայատան միջնամասին՝ կատարել է ներնետում։ Անհապաղ ձեռնարկված գործողությունների արդյունքում հիշյալ տարածքում հայտնաբերվել է ներնետված պլաստմասե թափանցիկ, շշանման տարա, որում եղել են ծխախոտի տուփ՝ մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող, 43,44 գրամ քաշով դեղնականաչավուն բուսական զանգվածով, «Kinder» ապրանքանիշի շոկոլադի միջուկը կազմող պլաստմասե տարա, որը պարունակել է 8,11 գրամ քաշով, ափիոն տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող և 18,99 գրամ քաշով, հաշիշի յուղ հիշեցնող մածուցիկ զանգվածներ։

Դեպքի առթիվ «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր: Նշանակվել է դատանյութագիտական փորձաքննություն:

Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը նախազգուշացնում է՝ այսուհետ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների պահպանության տակ գտնվող արգելագոտու սահմանագիծը խախտող ցանկացած անօդաչու թռչող սարք անմիջապես կենթարկվի ոչնչացման։
