«Մեր որոշելիքը չէ, թե ով է լինելու Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, տպավորություն,երը նորմալ էին, դրական, ինչպես որ մնացած բոլոր թեկնածուների հետ, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում առիթ ենք ունեցել հանդիպելու: Շատ դժվար կլինի հիմա ակնարկել, որպեսզի հասարակությունը կամ լրագրողները պատկերացում կազմեն, թե ինչպես է անցնելու քվեարկությունը. այն գաղտնի, փակ քվեարկություն է: Նույնիսկ հարցերը շատ ժամանակ չեն արտահայտում մեր դիրքորոշումը, որովհետև, մասնավորապես, բոլոր թեկնածուների հանդիպումները «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության հետ անկախ մեր վերաբերմունքից՝ շատ սուր են լինում, հիմնականում սուր հարցեր են տրվում: Հենց այդ սուր հարցերն են, որ տալիս եմ մեզ հնարավորություն կողմնորոշվելու: Կարծում եմ, որ այս հանդիպումը մնացած բոլոր հանդիպումնեից չէր տարբերվում, հարցերը, ինչպես միշտ սուր էին, իսկ պատասխանները բավարար»,- այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լուսինե Բադալյանը:

Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե ՍԴ նախագահի թեկնածուներին ուղղված սուր հարցերի մեջ, արդյոք եղե՞լ են աղմկահարույց հարցեր, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, որ աղմկահարույց հարցեր ևս եղել են, կապված թեկնածուների քննած գործերի հետ:

Ինչպես նշեց Լուսինե Բադալյանը, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության համար  Սահամանադրական դատարանի բոլոր դատավորները պոտենցիալ ՍԴ նախագահի թեկնածու են. «Անկախ նրանից մենք ենք ընտրել, թե նախկինում ընտրված են, ու հիմա շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել, նրանք էլ են մեզ համար պոտենցիալ թեկնածուներ»,- նշեց նա:

Պատգամավորը ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ անդրադարձավ նաև Վահրամ Ավետիսյանի՝ իր թեկնածությունից հրաժարվելուն. «Իր մեկնաբանությունը, կարծես թե, այն էր, որ նա զգացել էր մեր բացասական դիրքորոշումը, բայց ես ձեզ պետք է հավաստիացնեմ՝  քանի որ քվեարկությունը գաղտնի է և փակ, նույնիսկ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը չի կարող կանխատեսել, թե պատգամավորները, ի վերջո, ինչպե՞ս  կքվեարկեն: Կարող եմ միայն հավելել, որ այսօրվա երկխոսությունը ՍԴ նախագահի  թեկնածուների հետ որևէ կերպ չի տարբերվել պրն. Ավետիսյանի հետ ունեցած հանդիպումներից և երկխոսություններից: Ինչքան և ինչ աստիճանի սուր հարցեր, որ տրվել են պրն Ավետիսյանին, նույնքան սուր հարցեր էլ տրվել են մնացած թեկնածուներին»,- ասաց Լուսինե Բադալյան:
