ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ անդրադարձել է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի՝ Միջխորհրդարանական միության խորհրդարանների նախագահների հինգերորդ համաշխարհային առցանց համաժողովում «Ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը եւ բռնի ծայրահեղականությունը» թեմայով ելույթին։ Նա մասնավորապես նշել է, որ Միրզոյանի ելույթը որևէ աղերս չուներ մեր երկրի ազգային օրակարգի հետ։ Գրառումը՝ ստորև․

«Այսօր Արարատ Միրզոյանը մասնակցել է Միջխորհրդարանական միության խորհրդարանների նախագահների հինգերորդ համաշխարհային առցանց համաժողովին: Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի նախագահը ելույթ է ունեցել «Ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը եւ բռնի ծայրահեղականությունը» թեմայով։
