ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի այսօրվա նիստի օրակարգում էր հոգաբարձուների նախագահի և հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի քարտուղարի ընտրության հարցը։ ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը վստահ է՝ Գևորգ Մուրադյանի՝ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ նշանակվելու հիմքերը վիճարկելի են:

«Ես դուրս եկա խորհրդի նիստից, որովհետև անիմաստ եմ համարում էս վիճակում՝ ակնհայտ կրկեսի ու ֆարսի պայմաններում, շարունակել իմ գործունեությունը, մասնակցել քննարկումների և քվեարկության: Ես անյտեղ հստակ ներկայացրի իմ դիրքորոշումը, որը հետևյալն է. խորհրդի անդամներից որևիցե մեկի նշանակման հետ կապված իրավական բնույթի խնդրի դեպքում խորհրդի լեգիտիմությունը, խորհրդի կողմից կայացված ցանկացած որոշում առոչինչ է համարվում, և դա օրենքի ուժով է: Ես հստակ ներկայացրի խորհրդի 2 անդամի նշանակման հետ կապված իրավական բնույթի խնդիրները. Գևորգ Մուրադյանը «Մետրիկա» ՍՊԸ հիմնադիր է նշանակվել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի կողմից, այսինքն՝ նշանակվել է որպես համալսարանի գործատու և որպես տնտեսության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչ: Համալսարանի կանոնադրության մեջ հստակ նշված է, որ պետք է լինի տարբեր ոլորտների ճանաչված ներկայացուցիչ և համալսարանի գործատու, իսկ «Մետրիկա» ՍՊԸ-ի մասին համացանցում չկա որևէ տեղեկություն: Եթե Գևորգ Մուրադյանը նշանակվում է որպես տնտեսության ոլորտի ճանաչված ներկայացուցիչ՝ սա անհեթեթություն է դառնում, այսինքն ճանաչված ներկայացուցչի հետ կապված բացահայտ խախտում է տեղի ունենում»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը:

Սողոմոնյանը նշում է՝ պարզ է՝ ով կլինի նախարարի նախընտրած թեկնածուն և քաղաքական որոշում է՝ ԵՊՀ-ն տոտալ վերահսկելու:

«Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի գործերի կառավարիչ Վահամ Պապիկյանը նշանակվել է իբրև պետական պաշտոնյա, այսինքն՝  նշանակվել է հիմնադրի կողմից: Համապատասխան իրավական ակտերը նայելիս, մասնավորապես, հանրային ծառայության  մասին ՀՀ օրենքը, որը սահմանում է, թե որոնք են պետական պաշտոնները՝ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի գործերի կառավարիչը ընդգրկված չէ որպես պետական պաշտոնյա: Ես ներկայացրի, որ եթե անգամ մեկ գործչի, մեկ անդամի նշանակման հետ կապված խնդիր կա, ապա չի կարող խորհրդի գործունեությունը հետագայում լեգիտիմ լինել: Բնականաբար, ինչպես ենթադրում էի, այս ամենը մերժվեց, հիմնականում, խորհրդի արտահամալսարանական անդամների կողմից: Համալսարանի կանոնադրությունը չի սահմանափակում, որ համալսարանի ներսի աշխատողը դառնա հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, և համապատասխան առաջարկ արվեց մեր խորհրդի այլ անդամի կողմից, որը ևս մերժվեց: Գևորգ Մուրադյանի՝ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի  նախագահ նշանակվելու հիմքերը վիճարկելի են, և ես դա վիճարկելու եմ դատաիրավական կարգով»,- նշեց խորհրդի անդամը:

Նշենք, որ ԵՊՀ մամուլի խոսնակ Գևորգ Էմին-Տերյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հայտնել է, որ Գևորգ Մուրադյանն ընտրվել է ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, Միքայել Մալխասյանը՝ ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի քարտուղար։ Սա ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի՝ նոր կազմով կայացած առաջին նիստն էր: Լրատվամիջոցներին թույլ չտվեցին լուսաբանել այն՝ որպես հիմնավորում ներկայացնելով պարետի այն որոշումը, որ մեկ վայրում 40 անձից ավելի գտնվել չի կարող:
