ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի ընտրությունը չանցավ առանց սկանդալի: Բանն այն է, որ ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը որոշել էր արգելել լրագրողների մուտքը նիստերի դահլիճ: Այնուհետև փոխնախարարը հայտարարել է, որ որևէ արգելք չի եղել, լրագրողներին առաջարկել են դահլիճում թողնել միայն տեսախցիկները և այդպես կազմակերպել ուղիղ եթերը, ինչին բնական է, որ լրագրողները բացասական պատասխան են տվել: Արդյունքում փոխնախարարի բացատրությունը կարելի է ձևակերպել այսպես՝ չենք արգելել, պարզապես չենք թույլատրել:
