Հայկական ֆուտբոլը կրկին ծանր օրեր է ապրում: Հեղափոխությունից հետո երկրպագուներին մեծ ոգևորություն էր պատել կապված այն փոփոխությունների հետ, որոնք պետք է արվեին նաև ՀՖՖ-ում և այդ փոփոխությունների մասին խոսվում էր անգամ հենց հեղափոխության օրերին տարբեր ամբիոններից՝ նախկինների «թալանի ու ամեն ինչ քանդելու» սովորության օրինակ բերելով՝ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի կողմից հայկական ֆուտբոլը թաղելը: Հեղափոխությունից հետո իշխանությունները լայնածավալ արշավ սկսեցին Հայրապետյանի դեմ և վերջինս ի վերջո հեռացավ, պայմանով որ իր տեղը կզիջի միայն այն ժամանակվա ԱԱԾ պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանին: Չի կարելի ասել, որ Վանեցյանի օրոք հայկական ֆուտբոլը բարձրացավ ծնկներից, սակայն ակհայտ է, որ որոշակի քայլեր այդ ուղղությամբ այնուամենայնիվ արվում էին, դրա ապացույցն էլ նախորդ մրցաշրջանում հայկական թիմերի հրաշալի և պատմական ելույթներն էին Եվրոպայի Լիգայում: Վանեցյանի հետ իշխանությունների ջրերը սկսեցին մեկ առվով չհոսել և դրանից հետո Հայրապետյանի հրաժարականը պահանջողները նույն ջանասիրությամբ սկսեցին պահանջել Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականը, ինչն էլ ի վերջո տեղի ունեցավ:

Դրանից հետո սկսեց հայկական ֆուտբոլի համար թերևս ամենա սկանդալային և տխուր շրջանը: Անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին կայացած ՀՖՖ նախագահի ու գործկոմի արտահերթ ընտրություններում հաղթեց «իշխանական թեկնածուն»՝ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանը, ինչը հնարավոր դարձավ ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող կազմակերպությունների թվի զգալի կրճատման արդյունքում։ Իշխանությունն այնպես արեց, որ «Լոռի» ՖԱ տնօրեն Թովմաս Գրիգորյանի ձայները նվազեն՝ ընտրություններից անմիջապես առաջ ՀՖՖ ընդհանուր ժողովի կազմից հանելով, այսպես կոչված, ֆեյք-ակումբները, որոնք պատրաստվում էին ընտրել Գրիգորյանին։ 

Դրանից հետո մի սկանդալը հաջորդում էր մյուսին: Մելիքբեկյանն ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի եւ ֆուտբոլային հանրության ճնշման տակ վերջերս ստիպված եղավ դադարեցնել Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի 1-ին խմբում հանդես եկող մի շարք թիմերի գործունեությունը՝ ֆուտբոլային խարդախությունների՝ պայմանավորված խաղերի մեջ ներքաշված լինելու մեղադրանքով։ Սակայն պետք է նշել նաեւ, որ չի դադարեցվել մի շարք այլ ակումբների գործունեությունը, որոնք նույնպես ներգրավված են նշված խարդախություններում։ Մելիքբեկյանը փորձել է պահպանել իրեն հավատարիմ ակումբներին, որ դրանք մնան եւ շարունակեն ֆեդերացիայի ժողովում ձայնի իրավունք ունենալ։

 

Սակայն իշխանություններին բավական չէր միայն Մելիքբեկյանին այս պաշտոնում տեղավորելը, նրանք հասան նրան, որ իրենցով արեցին նաև գործկոմը: Օրինակ ՀՖՖ գործկոմի անդամ է Իմ Քայլից պատգամավոր Արեն Մկրտչյանը: Վանեցյանի ղեկավարման շրջանում Իմ Քայլից Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը, առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը նույնպես ՀՖՖ գործկոմի կազմում էին: Այսօր էլ գործկոմում կան մարդիկ, որ բնավ որևէ առնչություն չունեն ֆուտբոլի հետ և գործկոմում են հայտնվել միայն ու միայն իշխանական այս կամ այն չինովնիկի հետ լավ հարաբերություններ ունենալու շնորհիվ: 

Այս ընթացքում եղան նաև այնպիսի դրվագներ, որոնցով պարզապես պարտավոր էին զբաղվել պատկան իրավապահ մարմինները: Խոսքը մասնավորապես ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի կողմից հնչած մեղադրանքների մասին է: Նա պնդում էր, որ Մելիքբեկյանը ժամանակին յուրացրել է ՀՖՖ կողմից ծախսերի համար տրված գումարները: Փաստացի սա հաղորդում էր հանցագործության մասին, որի հետքերով սակայն իրավապահ մարմինները այդպես էլ չգնացին:  Մելիքբեկյանը չի կատարել իր կողմից տրված և ոչ մի խոստում: Չկան նոր մարզադպրոցներ, չեն բացվել նոր խաղադաշտեր, հայկական ակումբներում ազգությամբ հայ խաղացողների թիվը կտրուկ անկում է արձանագրել և այսօր մեր ակումբները հենվում են բացառապես դրսի ուժի օգնության վրա: Սա նշանակում է, որ ոչինչ չի արվում տաղանդավոր ֆուտբոլիստների սելեկցիայի, աճեցման համար: 


Հայ երկրապագուների վերջին հիաթափությունն էլ կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ ազգային հավաքականի ավագ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը փատացի հրաժարվել է հանդես գալ հավաքականի կազմում: Պատճառները որոնելիս նույնպես կարիք չկա հեռու գնալ: ՀՖՖ վերջին ընտրություններից հետո հատկապես իշխանական, «թավշյա» կամ ակնհայտ իշխանամետ շրջանակներից ամենակեղտոտ ու վայրի «տրավլյա» սկսվեց թե՛ Հենրիխ Մխինթարյանի, թե՛ հատկապես իր մոր՝ ՀՖՖ գործկոմի անդամ և այդ արտահերթ ընտրություններում նորից առաջադրված (ու ինչ-ինչ «տարբերակների» հետևանքով չանցած) Մարինա Թաշչյանի դեմ, միջնորդավորված տարբերակով, ըստ էության, «մուռ հանելով» այն բանի համար, որ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը 2018-ի ապրիլին անարձագանք թողեց «թավշյա» միջոցառմանը միանալու՝ իրեն ուղղված փաշինյանական կոչերը: 

Ակնհայտ է, որ այն, ինչ այսօր կատարվում է հայկական ֆուտբոլում և ՀՖՖ-ում որևէ կերպ չի բխում ոչ ֆուտբոլիստների, ոչ երկրպագուների շահերից: Սա հերթական ոլորտն է, որը տապալում են թավշյա իշխանությունները և հերթական օրինակն է, այն բանի, որ հեղափոխությունը շրջանցել է ոչ միայն տնտեսական, քաղաքական, մշակութային, սոցիալական բնագավառները, այլ նաև ֆուտբոլը:
