Լիբանանի վերջին զարգացումները և հայկական հնարավորությունները

Քաղաքագետ Արմեն Պետրոսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․  

«Ինչպես Լիբանանում, այնպես էլ դրանից դուրս(ինչը շատ կարևոր է), կարծես, ընդհանուր քաղաքական համախոհություն է նկատվում վարչապետի նոր թեկնածուի հարցում․ քննարկվում է Գերմանիայում Լիբանանի դեսպան Մուստաֆա Ադիբի թեկնածությունը։
Հիմնական քաղաքական ուժերի հետ նախագահի պարտադիր խորհրդակցություններից հետո արդեն այսօր Միշել Աունը կարող է պաշտոնապես նշանակել Ադիբին վարչապետի պաշտոնում։ Զուգահեռաբար, սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ակնկալվում է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հերթական այցը Լիբանան, որից հետո կակտիվանա արդեն նոր կառավարության ձևավորման գործընթացը։

Վերոնշյալի համատեքստում, եթե Հայաստանի և համահայկական տեսանկյունից կարևորվում է լիբանանյան գործընթաներում հայկական առավել ազդեցիկ դերակատարումը, ապա կարելի է առաջիկայում որևէ բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակություն գործուղել այդ բարեկամական երկիր։
Ըստ էության, առավել նպատակահարմար կլինի և առարկայական նշանակություն կունենա Պաշտպանության նախարարության ձևաչափով և անձամբ նախարարի գլխավորությամբ աշխատանքային խմբի այցը  Լիբանան (որը կտանի նաև հայկական հումանիտար օգնության հերթական խմբաքանակը), քանի որ արտաքին մարդասիրական աջակցության բաշխումն իրականացվում է հատկապես Լիբանանի ՊՆ-ի միջոցով։

Զուգահեռաբար, ավելորդ քաղաքական շահարկումներից խուսափելու համար այցը կարելի է ձևակերպել նաև՝ որպես աշխատանքային՝ #UNIFIL-ի՝ Լիբանանում ՄԱԿ-ի ժամանակավոր ուժերի և դրանցում հայկական զորամիավորման հետ կապված օրակարգային հարցերի քննարկման նպատակով։

Վերոնշյալի համատեքստում, հայկական պատվիրակության այցը և նրա հնարավոր բարձր մակարդակի պաշտոնական հանդիպումները մի կողմից միանշանակորեն ավելի կամրապնդեն լիբանանահայ համայնքի քաղաքական դիրքերը կառավարության ձևավորման գործընթացում, մյուս կողմից անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նաև կարող են լուրջ նախադրյալներ ստեղծել Բեյրութի վերականգնման աշխատանքներում հայաստանյան ընկերությունների ներգրավման համար։

Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ, ինչպես Լիբանանում, այնպես էլ մերձավորարևելյան տարածաշրջանի այլ կետերում հայկական շահերի պաշտպանության նպատակով, ավանդական գործընկերներից՝ Ռուսաստանից և  Իրանից  բացի, անհրաժեշտ է ավելի ակտիվացնել համագործակցությունը մեկ այլ բարեկամական երկրի՝ Ֆրանսիայի հետ, մանավանդ, երբ բազմաթիվ հարցերում առկա է շահերի զգալի համընկում»։
