«Ժողովուրդ». Ովքեր են պաշտոններ ստացել նախարարի միջնորդությամբ

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության փոխնախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը նշանակվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի՝ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձմանն ուղղված գործառույթների ոլորտը համակարգող տեղակալի պաշտոնում: Հիշեցնենք՝ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դեռ հուլիսին գրել էր, որ այս պաշտոնի համար նախատեսված մրցույթը դեռ չկայացած՝ հաղթողի անունը հայտնի է՝ Սրբուհի Գալյան։ Նա պետք է զբաղեցնի այդ կարեւորագույն պաշտոնը, քանի որ այդպես է ուզում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը: Այսինքն՝ արդարադատության նախարարն արդեն որոշել է իր հավատարիմ մարդուն գործուղել դատախազություն եւ անձամբ վերահսկել ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման գործընթացը:

Նկատենք, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանի այս գործելաոճը նորություն չէ. բանն այն է, որ իր պաշտոնավարման առաջին օրվանից մինչ օրս նրա տարբեր ընկերները, բարեկամները բարձր պաշտոններ են ստացել, եւ հենց նա է որոշումներ կայացրել ու ընտրել, թե այս կամ այն պաշտոնին ով պետք է նշանակվի: Ու սա այն դեպքում, երբ ամենաբարձրը հենց Բադասյանն է «գոռում» կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի մասին։ Փորձենք վերհիշել, թե ՀՀ արդարդադատության նախարար նշանակվելու օրվանից Բադասյանի փաստացի միջնորդությամբ ովքեր են պաշտոններ ստացել:

Մարտի 16-ին, ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ, Սերգեյ Մեղրյանը նշանակվեց գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող: Մեղրյանը ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանի ընկերն է եւ այդ պաշտոնին կարողացավ նշանակվել միայն «Հարկադաիր կատարման ծառայության մասին» օրենքում կատարված փոփոխության շնորհիվ, որը հնարավորություն տվեց գնդապետից ցածր կոչում ունեցող Մեղրյանին նշանակվել այդ պաշտոնում։ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը իր մանկության ընկեր Սուրեն Գալստյանին նշանակեց ԱՆ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, իսկ քավորին՝ Դավիթ Գասպարյանին, նշանակեց ԱՆ վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ: Իսկ ի՞նչ է կոռուպցիան, որի դեմ անհաշտ պայքարում է Ռուստամ Բադասյանը։

Հավելենք, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին իրավապահ համակարգի լավատեղյակ աղբյուրներից հայտնի դարձավ՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը միգուցե նոր պաշտոնի նշանակվի: Նա հավակնում է դառնալ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ: Հիշեցնենք, որ 2021 թվականին ստեղծվելու է կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների բացահայտման եւ քննության միասնական մարմին՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե, որը խիստ ազդեցիկ մարմին է լինելու»:
