ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանն Արցախի անկախության 29-ամյակի առթիվ ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է:

«Այսօր լրացավ Արցախի անկախության 29-րդ ամյակը։

Վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում Արցախի պետականության ընկալման հետեւողական խեղումը ստիպում է ինձ երկրորդ հայկական պետության ծննդյան օրը դիտարկել նրա գոյության վերարժեւորման առիթ։

Այս պայծառ օրով ուզում եմ բարձրաձայն պնդել, որ Հայաստանն Արցախ է եւ վերջ։

Հայաստանն Արցախ է, որովհետեւ իր երրորդ հանրապետության արմատները հենց Արցախյան շարժման բռունցքների եւ թափված արյան մեջ են։

Հայաստանն Արցախ է, քանզի Արցախով վերագտավ իր ազգային արժանապատվությունը։

Հայաստանն Արցախ է, քանզի առանց նրա գոյություն ունենալ պարզապես չի կարող։

Նայեցի Ստեփանակերտից այսօրվա պաշտոնական քրոնիկոնը եւ ցավ ապրեցի։

Ներկա չէին Արցախի նախկին երեք նախագահները՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Արկադիյ Ղուկասյանը եւ Բակո Սահակյանը։

Ներկա չէր Հայաստանի վարչապետը (այդքան կարեւոր պետական տոնը եւ դրսին ուժեղ ուղերձ հղելու առիթը թողած՝ գերադասել է տրվել արեւին Սեւանի կառավարական տան լողավազանի շրջակայքում)։

Ներկա չէր անգամ Հայաստանի գործող/անգործունյա նախագահը (երկարատեւ պարապությունից հետո գերադասել է հանգստի մեկնել արտերկիր)։

Ինչու՞ այդպես եղավ։ Չէ՞ որ Արցախը մշտապես միավորել է բոլորիս, բոլոր հայերիս՝ անկախ քաղաքական տարբերություններից կամ աշխարհագրական սփռվածությունից։ Հատկապես հայաստանցի քաղաքական գործիչները արցախյան մատույցներում տարիներ շարունակ լուռումունջ հանել են իրենց «կեղտոտ կոշիկները» եւ Արցախ մտել որպես սրբավայր։ Ավաղ, Հայաստանից կորոնավիրուսի ներթափանցումն այստեղ այդքան վտանգավոր եւ ավերիչ չէր, որքան քաղաքական երեսպաշտության երեւանյան բացիլի անարգել տարածումը։

Արցախի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը սթափ գործելու եւ իրավիճակի շտկման համար միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու պարտավորություն ունի, քանի դեռ շատ ուշ չէ։

Շնորհակալ եմ, որ դուք կաք։
Շնորհակալ եմ, որ ձեր շնորհիվ կանք նաեւ մենք»։
