Սփյուռքահայ չորս երիտասարդ աշխատանքի կանցնի Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում: Այս մասին հայտնում է նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։

««Ուզում եմ ողջունել Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի «իԳործ» նախաձեռնությունը, որի մեկնարկը տրվում է հենց աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում: Շատ ուրախ եմ այս փաստը արձանագրել, որովհետև վստահ եմ՝ սա կարևոր փորձառություն է լինելու՝ միմյանցից սովորելու իմաստով»,- ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում ընդունելով «իԳործ» ծրագրի ներկայացուցիչներին, ասել է նախարար Զարուհի Բաթոյանը:

Ծրագիրը հնարավորություն է տալիս սփյուռքի մասնագետներին աշխատել ՀՀ պետական մարմիններում՝ ներդնելով սեփական փորձն ու գիտելիքները՝ համապատասխան ոլորտների բարելավման և զարգացման, քաղաքականությունների ու ծրագրերի մշակման գործում:

«իԳործ» ծրագրի առաջին չորս մասնակիցները հաջորդ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կաշխատեն Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Հավասար հնարավորությունների վարչությունում՝ աջակցելով կանանց, երեխաների հիմնահարցերի ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերին և բարեփոխումներին:

Ծրագրի մասնակիցների հետ զրույցի ընթացքում Զարուհի Բաթոյանը ներկայացրել է նախարարության հիմնական առաջնահերթությունները՝ աղքատության հաղթահարման մոդելից, երեխայի՝ ընտանիքում ապրելու իրավունքից՝ մինչև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց ապաինստիտուցիոնալացում.

«Ուզում եմ ասել, որ մեր ոլորտը շատ բարդ է, բայց այն նաև ամենամարդակենտրոնն է, և ձեր աշխատանքում գրանցված յուրաքանչյուր արդյունք ձեզ, վստահաբար, մեծ բավականություն է պատճառելու, որովհետև անդրադառնալու է մարդկանց կյանքի որակի բարելավման վրա: Ուզում եմ նաև խորհուրդ տալ, որ չվախենաք դժվարություններից, այլ ընդունեք դրանք որպես մարտահրավերներ, որոնց հաղթահարում ձեզ համար լավագույն փորձառությունը կարող է դառնալ»,- ասել է Զարուհի Բաթոյանը:

Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Սառա Անջարգոլյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում սփյուռքահայ երիտասարդների աշխատանքի մեկնարկով, ըստ էության, շոշափելի է դառնում դեռ վեց ամիս առաջ երազային թվացող նախաձեռնությունը։

«Շատ ուրախ ենք, որ հենց այս նախարարությունից է սկսվում մեր մասնակիցների մեկնարկը: Մինչև տարեվերջ ծրագրի 100 մասնակից աշխատանքի կանցնի Հայաստանի պետական համակարգի տարբեր կառույցներում: Մեզ համար սա, իրոք, պատմական օր է»,- ասել է Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը:

Լիբանանից, Ֆրանսիայից և Ռուսաստանից ժամանած երիտասարդներն արդեն վաղը կանցնեն աշխատանքի»,- ասված է նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։
